Then, I usually add Torsion field x3 (at least) and Plasma Light and Infrasound Bioactive Beach x1 (at least), then other fields, according to my needs (I usually use Playlists)ā€¦

I recently decided to add back PONR stack back to my mourning routine, and I feel better, more relaxed, more calm, etc.
