What to do

Hey, increase your antioxidant intake if that is the case. Vitamin C (might even consider megadosing this, Vit C can induce bowel movements) , antioxidant formula, glutathione, ALA. Consume more omega 3. Antioxidants will protect the body from neurotoxins. And you’re taking also taking a binder (charcoal), it’s going to bind stuff that you need inevitably.

There are also other binders besides charcoal, C60 and Modified Citrus pectin, zeolite if you can get them. Or even chlorella, it supposedly coats the intestinal track.

Just becareful with charcoal over consumption, it causes some nasty constipation. I would add in more fiber and fluids into the diet because of this. The more times you can go, the faster the toxins can be taken out. Oh yea also replenish your electrolytes if you do visit the bathroom more because of this.

Good point, thanks! Definitely going to do that

I have a bucket of Heiltropfen less-than 20 µm that I bought from Amazon.ca and it’s helped with a bunch of stuff. I even lost weight, funny enough. I take it now while I do the detox audio, figured it might help.

Wow I looked this stuff up and it seems legit! Zeolite has been really helpful to me for all my gut issues specially candida, and it has not returned back ever since (except that now it’s been months since my last bottle and my eating habits weren’t the best) but even then, things feel different. Also with all the food intolerances, inflammation we usually do not notice, organ health etc… definitely a good idea to have those with the detox field!

Mine went through the other side and helped introduce the feeling of gratefulness to me :)

Yes! And the beautiful thing is that it basically can’t hurt. I love when that happens “hum this may be good for me and has zero downsides…SOLD!” hahaha

I know that this is due to anxiety

Definitely had a large part in it, after the first couple of times waking up twiching and gasping for air when this orginally started I was traumatized from that experience and made me not even want to try falling back a sleep, which further worsened the problem because it already was effecting my entire brain/nervous system

Hey Amber, thank you for checking. The spasms seem to stop and I’ve been sleeping without the meds so that is good but still a ways to go. Got new symptoms the past couple days such as living in the bathroom almost and barely able to eat and drink anything, really intense head pounding on top of really bad anxiety now to even leave the house.

Just been laying in bed but I think everything is slowly improving

If this calls to you, a deceptively simple trick (not my invention, can’t remember where I read it) that has helped me countless times is to do sleep programming. Before you fall asleep you keep repeating a phrase of something you want to happen in your dreams. A simple one would be “I have healing dreams”. This might be stuff you already know but as we go into theta waves while falling asleep, it’s like talking to our subconscious with a megaphone, instead of the message being drowned out in the white noise of our daily thoughts.

It works for basically anything. For instance when I know I can only have 3h of sleep, I’ll say something to ensure the sleep is as restorative as a full night sleep and that I’ll wake up fully refreshed. And it works! The more one gets into it with feelings and beliefs (just saying the phrase works but it works better said wholeheartedly) so for those times where I have a harder time believing the result I am asking for I’ll take 3-5 minutes to imagine scenarios or recall moments that put me in the right frame if mind.

Most of the symptoms have calmed down but still need sleep meds for insomnia/panic attack at night. It looks like the panic attacks are from extremely extremely high levels of histamine. There any fields you guys would recommend for lowering histamine or boosting diamine oxidaze (enzyme that breaks down histamine). I’m on a low histamine (no fermented foods, dairy, certain veggies and fruits) diet now and it seems like it is helping so far. Also taking vit c. Thank you and much love

Why don’t you listen to the Diabetes Treatment field? It normalizes low and high blood sugar

My problem is mainly because of garlic pills I took for too long that it made my blood thin. I bleed easily too. And I have low blood sugar issue down from my father genetic. The garlic pill worsen it and my blood pressure. I stopped taking garlic pill and it took me almost a year to get that full normal function again.
