Consume more omega 3. Antioxidants will protect the body from neurotoxins. And you’re taking also taking a binder (charcoal), it’s going to bind stuff that you need inevitably.
There are also other binders besides charcoal, C60 and Modified Citrus pectin, zeolite if you can get them. Or even chlorella, it supposedly coats the intestinal track.
Just becareful with charcoal over consumption, it causes some nasty constipation. I would add in more fiber and fluids into the diet because of this. The more times you can go, the faster the toxins can be taken out. Oh yea also replenish your electrolytes if you do visit the bathroom more because of this.
