Only smile.
For me it was seeing a close person burst into laugh after checking sticker I sent :kissing_smiling_eyes:
(It was an old lady begging to stop sending reels lol).

Well, I just saw a little boy in the grocery store who looked exactly like one of my 5 yr old students! That broke my stoicness. No longer w/ them so I miss them.

The child he reminded me of is the sweetest, most caring kid who would always put his hands on either side of his friendā€™s cheeks and squeeze her face whenever she was sad, while saying caring things to her. Sweet memory :two_hearts:

Thatā€™s sad :grin:, since Iā€™m so used to smiling so often, however laughing, I donā€™t laugh that easily nowadays (maybe I need to watch some comedies lol, although sometimes I do laugh, heck, some crazy cats videos and other stuff usually can make me laugh a little).

For me, the question would be: when am I not smiling?

I just live my life for smiles. :upside_down_face:

Itā€™s a Beautiful Life, Despite certain minuses, troubles, etc.

I just focus on doing activities which are enjoyable, and when I do anything which is boring or tedious or anything necessary, but not for my liking, I usually repeat some Mantras (even silently/in my head) and/or certain fields, and I continue to be positive, the smiles are rolling lolā€¦

I just enjoy life too much, I love it lol.
Maybe Iā€™m an addict :grinning:.

I thought the same thing.

I do that too, I smile at the trees, the person passing, so when it really comes down to it, what really made me smile? :thinking:

Itā€™s been a rough year lol! Brain tured. It takes brain power to remember these things lol

Just smile for no reason or for many reasons.
I just enjoy the process of life so so so much, I too find myself smiling almost all the time, lol, some folks taught I was crazy. :joy:

Lol, yeah, everyone being too busy, too concerned with their activities, needs, sorrows, etc., and suddenly they see someone who is enjoying their life/time, naaah, you gotta have a problem lol.

Thatā€™s what they think.
Most people are unfortunately too hard-cored into being serious or negative or whateverā€¦

For anyone who finds it difficult to smile:

Also (use them daily), brain Regeneration, trauma Release and Healing (PONR stack or paid field), self love fields, memories of joy, Clearing fields, Chakras too, etc., just ā€œchange the channelā€, donā€™t dwell on negativity or pain or anything which disturbs your peace.
