I believe
A good challenge is motivating, builds discipline and it’s rewarding all at the same time. There’s a clear path to victory and while on the path you’ll learn more about yourself and what’s possible.
I’ll start:
I’m not a fan of leg workouts. In fact I hate squats
. So that would be a good challenge. But I’ll do that next. First is this: I live on the 10th floor, there’s an elevator. I counted 144 steps to the 10th floor and 160 to the top 11th floor.
My challenge is to walk upstairs 10 rounds, which would be 160*9 + 144 steps. Sounds like about 1500 steps.
Sounds crazy at first but I already managed 3 rounds. And I noticed walking stairs is really good, because you quickly need to manage your breathing, so it’s quite an efficient workout. Also it already feels great afterwards and weirdly I look forward to doing it now.
I’ll report back when I succeed.
So,
What’s your current challenge to self?
