We have a topic for nightly stacks, but not yet a morning one.
I’ve been experimenting with starting different fields first thing in the morning. I found a good one a couple of weeks ago I wanted to share, while also inviting others to also share which fields they use to give the day a great start
At the moment, I have about 2-3 hours of field-free sleep after my nightly list finishes playing.
When I wake up, I start this playlist and let it play as I go about getting ready. It is a mixture of fields with different purpose – it contains fields to help with the working day and to help with energy levels.
I don’t use grounding in this because of the ESS servitor and because I don’t feel the need – when I do, I’ll put Schumann Resonance on loop later in the day.

As I remember from the lectures of our university (The Sapien University), vitamin fields are used 1-2 times a week. They activate processes that last for several days. That is, it is not necessary to listen to them every day (excess vitamin D in the body is harmful).

Oh, I didn’t know that. I have heard the rule for Vitamin C. It would be great if I have to listen only once or twice a week for Vitamin D as well. It can reduce my daily listening time
