Do you use devices that emit blue light at night? That could be a contributing factor to your difficulty of falling asleep. I recently read also that EMF radiation causes sleep disorder. Even when you turn off the lamp in the bedroom, it still emits radiation.

maybe only my phones, but I out on night mode so the screen becomes yellowish if that counts

Use this:

Not for falling asleep, but it should help overtime to fix the problem

thank you

But you haven’t answered - what do you actually experience when you can’t fall asleep?

Also, how much do you sleep on average per day?

Might be your circadian rhythms. Try Photosynthesis (2-3x) and The Sun-gazer in the morning. Glutathione at night.

im just not tired enough, ill be on the bed extremely energetic…

5 hours at night and then I take some naps during the night

Okay, so you don’t experience other negative symptoms related to energetic imbalance.

There is one way to fix a sleeping schedule - it is to wake up early and not take a nap. No electronics at least 2 hours before bed, only reading a physical book and/or meditation.
It sucks for a few days but works, I promise. Takes a lot of discipline. You have to be consistent.
The advice above helps with this too but make sure to listen to those in the morning lol
Hyper state sleep.in the morning too so that you have more energy through the day

Another super important point… do you want to get up in the morning? Like… I was told that was my issue at one point when I was going through a similar thing as you (though I would describe it as getting energetic after work, and dead tired during)… in retrospect I see that that was actually accurate. I didn’t WANT to get up to start my day in the morning while I actually enjoyed my evening because I had time for myself and what I liked.
It’s a huge in my experience and makes all the difference.
I’m actually only able to get up early consistently recently, thanks to @anon22855873 so that I have time to do meditation/release in the morning before work, and I am actually motivated to do that.

I will try this starting tomorrow thank you so much I feel like it will , I will start reading at 830 and finish 10:30 and then do a meditation or should I meditate before

and no I dont want to get up in the morning because of school, most of my fun usually happens after school when I go to the gym, listen music, play games, etc…
it was not like this before quarantine when I had a good nofap streak going and meditated morning and night

thank your post was extremely helpful
I know what to do now

It doesn’t matter if you meditate before or after, you can do it after, I think it helps you fall asleep more

try to incorporate as much of the fun time in the morning as you can.
You can go to the gym in the morning, if that is an option, though it may be too much time / too early for you. This was something I tried for several weeks before work but it would never stick…
You can get up some time earlier and give yourself a lot of time to wake up, listen to music, etc. Something that you actually like doing so that you have something to look forward to before school.
