Which brainwave audio is best to reach the State Akin To Sleep?

Is it Epsilon? Or Delta? Or another one?

Thanks for your charts. Based on it, I’m inclined to think it’s either Alpha or Theta like what the gentlemen (or gentlewomen) above suggested.

Do you know which is it?

Seems like a mix of Theta, Alpha, and Delta to me! But probably Alpha and Theta are good…

Alpha is too high, that’s daydreaming level of awareness. For hypnotic states, or for subconscious (re)programming, you want to be in Theta.

You’ll spend your sleep time cycling between theta and delta. So like everyone is saying, theta is good to get you into sleep. If you try it and it doesn’t work for any reason, you can always then try delta or espsilon. They might take you a little deeper than you want but still get you to fall asleep, but then you wouldn’t want to loop those all night. That could do funny things to your natural sleep cycles.

I dont want to get into sleep though, at least not completely.

Oh, the word “Akin” there, I missed that. Well, again, Theta is probably best. I’ve had good results being in a sleep like state while conscious with Epsilon. Still saying theta is a good bet but lower frequencies can still be worth exploring.
