I completely understand even if you were to shout, it is a natural reaction. I got a list of people I need to let go one Thursday at 3 pm and I had to do that the next day. I was simply told - “cost cuts due to Covid situation”. It was really really difficult to do that, given the current situation.

I’m trying to wrap my head around what would I say in my next job when they ask me why I left before it even hitting 6 months. This is so distressing.
