Bumping this since I see a lot of low energy/sadness posts recently and where I live it could be seasonal (less sunlight, colder temperature, fictional viruses in people’s minds…).
St. John’s Wort is good for light depression or bipolar/cyclothymia, very gentle and “priming” for healing. As a dopamine precursor, it could help those studying (or doing anything that would create a demand for dopamine). It isn’t going to give you dopamine on it’s own, you have to create the demand. And that’s why I like it.
