I suspect there might also be something about the flowers being ‘wild’. Or at least as it relates to me.
I never heard about Wild Marjoram before. But I’m quite impressed with its effects on my health issues. Mugwort+Wild Marjoram is very “preventive”.
I’m kinda hungrier than usual though. But for digestive issues, and gut inflammation, Wild Marjoram is amazing. Very worth looping before, during and after eating.
I thought wild Marjoram and oregano were the same plant but I was wrong. They are very closely related though
When I search for wild marjoram I get images of oregano on Google, maybe they are the same but another variety of oregano like basil that has many varieties and even different flavors but is considered basil.
The artwork on this is so stunning. I could look at it all day
Creating a comprehensive stack for each chakra by combining color, animal, crystal, and wildflower audios is a rich and multidimensional approach to chakra work. Let’s assemble a stack for each chakra:
Root Chakra (Muladhara)
- Color: Red.mp3
- Animal: Buffalo.mp3
- Crystal: Ruby.mp3
- Wildflower: Red Clover.mp3
For the root chakra, which deals with grounding and survival, the combination of these audios can enhance feelings of stability and being grounded.
Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
- Color: Orange.mp3
- Animal: Coyote.mp3
- Crystal: Carnelian.mp3
- Wildflower: Mugwort.mp3
This sacral chakra stack may help stimulate creativity, emotional balance, and sexual energy, along with an appreciation for the unexpected and playful wisdom.
Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
- Color: Yellow.mp3
- Animal: Boar.mp3
- Crystal: Citrine.mp3
- Wildflower: Agrimony.mp3
Aligning with personal power and confidence, this combination can encourage assertiveness, courage, and aid in digestive and emotional resilience.
Heart Chakra (Anahata)
- Color: Green.mp3
- Animal: Deer.mp3
- Crystal: Rose Quartz.mp3
- Wildflower: Wild Marjoram (Oregano).mp3
These choices for the heart chakra can support the energy of love, compassion, gentleness, and emotional healing while also resonating with physical and emotional balance.
Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
- Color: Blue.mp3
- Animal: Coyote.mp3 (Alternate: Dolphin.mp3 if available for playfulness in communication)
- Crystal: Lapis Lazuli.mp3
- Wildflower: Blue Vervain.mp3
Focusing on clear communication and self-expression, the throat chakra stack aims to enhance honesty, wisdom, and understanding in communication.
Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
- Color: Violet.mp3
- Animal: Eagle.mp3
- Crystal: Amethyst.mp3
- Wildflower: Mugwort.mp3 (Alternate: Rosemary.mp3 if cognitive benefits are desired)
Intended to stimulate intuition and insight, the third eye stack might help to provide a higher perspective and clarity of thought.
Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
- Color: Multiphasic Spectrum.mp3
- Animal: Wolf.mp3
- Crystal: Diamond.mp3
- Wildflower: St. John’s Wort.mp3
For the crown chakra, representing spiritual connection and enlightenment, this combination may foster a sense of unity with the cosmos and inner wisdom.
For each chakra, listen to the audios in the order listed: color, animal, crystal, and wildflower. This sequence starts with the foundational vibration of color, adds the lessons and characteristics of the animal, amplifies with the energy of the crystal, and then incorporates the healing properties of the wildflower to tie it all together."""
Thank you i made a screeny

Hi! Can you please recommend a naturopath to me? I’ve been searching high and low.
Don’t sleep on these fields. People may be looking for a more expensive, over-powered health field to fix their aliments, but there is stuff here that may do the trick.
I really like agrimony, wild marjoram and blue vervain.
Rosemary essential oil is considered anti-inflammatory, so it blocks the effects of DHT (the male androgen hormone) on hair follicles and improves blood flow to the scalp. "This can help increase blood circulation and promote hair regrowth. “It’s also thought to improve cell production, resulting in thicker, stronger and healthier hair,” he adds.
Additionally, using rosemary oil on your hair shaft can reduce hair breakage and promote scalp health. “Use your fingers to put six to eight drops of oil on your scalp, extending to the tips of your hair, and massage for three to five minutes.”
In addition to what @Hauru said above; avocado oil with some peppermint EO acts as a fairly decent base to add Rosemary to as well And though it has a fairly mild max dilution (2-4%), always spot check essential oils, especially if you’re not using a carrier oil.
I heard castor oil is also a good choice.
It is, but I personally have to be very gentle with castor oil… as well as most EO’s right now. I went overboard trying to treat a skin condition over a year ago and I’m still working through some of the consequences of that.
castor oil is good for eyebrows and lashes, but only a tiny tiny little bit. i never put it on my skin though. and it’s so thick, it’s hard to rinse if you put it on the scalp. i would not want to do that (…again, haha!).
It’s recommended to use a carrier oil as base to mix with essential oils. It’s too potent to apply EO directly onto scalp.
Coconut oil, olive oil, badam oil are good carrier oils.
