Workout stack

Hello Sapientarians, I hope you are doing great.

I would like to share with you my workout gear and would like your opinion and advice for others.

This is my during workout stack:
DHT × 1
20E pepper × 3
A twitch in Time × 3

After workout: Extreme muscles growth x 1

After a big dinner meal: Muscles Beyond Limits x 4

I would like your advice concerning these ones, I don’t know which I should add :

LGD3303 - Myostatin - induce follistatin to muscles - LGD4033 - Ostarine - Stenabolic- YK11 - GW501516

Personally I don’t think you need to add anything you’re considering to your current stack. However, think about adding Muscle Recovery 2.0 from plasma brothers album.

I barely feel any after workout soreness, I’ve never been in such energy and quick recovery before. That’s why I don’t do after workout recovery field.

That’s great. Perhaps stick to your stack and make modifications if your progress plateaus?

Yes, that’s why I wanted to know the knowledge about the other fields. Because I don’t want to add fields recklessly.

It looks like the bottleneck in muscle growth is myostatin, so why are you not inhibiting it more ?

You are right. I’ll add the myostatin inhibitor to the list for more muscle growth

I don’t know actually it was more of a question.

I googled myostatin, it looks like with myostatin inhibition one grows muscle mass effortlessly.

I don’t think he lifts weights…

Has anyone ever tried myostatin regularly ?!

I am trying to fix my posture before wieght lifting also my left knee starts hurting with any squat/deadlift I need to fix that too. I am not in a hurry but having a nice muscled body is definitely on my list.

If you have the money 100% Hardcore

(atleast if you want strenght and not only looks)

Looking good, only thing is twitch in time create RNA change (for a bit) so you don’t have to use it everyday for the effects but you’re welcome to.

Muscle recovery 2.0 I would add here and some stem cells.

Soreness doesn’t always equal growth. If you damaged your myofibril cells (which you do every day, even more, when lifting weight) muscle recovery will aid in that, stem cells carry the information to become any cell of your body on demand. So if you have an abundant amount t of stem cells the easier it would be for you to recover. This is a reason why they try to get kids who dream to be big players one day start early. The more damage and repair their body do the better it becomes to healing, leading to better performance because of all the extra stem cells they managed to create from young. Opposed to a new beginner who’s body doesn’t know exactly how to go about the damage.

Another RNA change audio, you don’t need to listen everyday but if you do I would personally listen once or twice before the gym (prime the muscles to create new fibers. (Look up Hyperplasia) and one time after your workout.

You can stay away from these, as we got next generation technology here (androgen receptors, muscles beyond limit, twitch in time, muscles hungry for fat, smart stem cells, bone strengther, and a whole bunch of other audios)Unless you feel inclined to using them…

Good luck in your journey and have fun!
