I was wondering what does woven world magic do? In my head, I’m thinking it would help with manifestation and my imagination and getting past the illusions the 3D has. Would It help me with Nevile Goddard method or even Shift realities? I have alot of goals right now

It might help, in some ways.
The title has a somewhat specific meaning, I think. The “Woven World”, as a term, is a sort of collection of programmed capabilities that do manifest things into your life. From the description itself, these capabilities (as energy behaviors and dynamics) are presented as:
“… the active physical push of the need to create a completed action. This action is this ‘auto manifestor’ with a heavy power pushing behind it. Pushing, powering and empowering through the physical, psychic, subconscious and extra dimensional; a brute force energy creation but ever so elegantly done.”
Speaking broadly, this is the sort of programming that could be linked to any sort of goal in order to provide different avenues for it to manifest into your life. For this specific product (Woven Worlds: The Magic), it is using this type of manifestation capability to make your experience of life more “magical”.
So it would be like creating different threads that different potentials can link to so that you can experience more magical things. This might mean that different spirits are more able to show up in your life, or more synchronicity in general is able to show up, or that things specifically related to actual magic might show up.
For the purposes that you mentioned, itmight be good at creating a beneficial background that will be responsive and help whatever you are trying to do intentionally.
