I’m using this to prepare myself for Vibration of Creation + Vibration of Love + Vibration of Transcendence.
Doing this for 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of Supreme Grounding.
1 hour meditation of complete energy work.

that’s dependent on your energy body, how much work you need done.
it wouldn’t be fair for you or me to say you should see results within a day, now seeing results and having results (unconsciously) are different so be mindful of that.

Has anyone tried boosting this mandala?
I keep the mandala on me in hopes that it will help integrate/sustain my other mandalas better.

I have had this one for less than a week, but I do agree with what others are saying in how it includes to a certain degree the restoration series, even if subtle, on the basis of making sure leaks are sealed to restore energy.
This could allow the energy to be diverted elsewhere that could not have been done previously.
