30-day challenge DOPAMINE RESET

Hey everyone,
I had an idea at the gym today and wanted to see if there’s interest.

Already posted on Patreon and there is an interest, so posting here also for anyone willing to join.

I’m thinking about starting a 30-day challenge — something simple but powerful.
For all men who want to join, I’ll unlock the paid field “Semen Retention + Dopamine Reset” for free during the challenge (you can keep it then).

Once we set the start date, the plan will be:
:headphones: Listen to the field once a day.
:no_entry_sign: No social media (or only what’s necessary for work).
:no_entry_sign: No porn.
:no_entry_sign: No other dopamine drains (mindless scrolling, binge-watching, etc.).

To make it for everyone — if there’s interest from women too, I’ll also create a Dopamine Reset Field (for women to use) before we begin.

Let me know if you’d like to join — if enough people are interested, we’ll start together.
30 days is more than enough to rewire your brain, reset dopamine receptors, and build new habits.
I think it could be a great way for all of us to grow, get more grounded, and feel real joy in simple things again.

I’m joining in. And I’ll add for myself: no unnecessary sugar, only the minimum of necessary carbohydrates, and a maximum of one cup of coffee a day (or better yet, no coffee at all).

Can’t join, since I use social media daily, although not that much, not like hours per day.

Also, porn, can’t guarantee anything, although probably I could go over a month, I mean my highest no p was like 3 months or something like that.

Anyway, ALL The Best to Anyone doing this challenge.

I use IG for work only, that works, as long as youre not scrolling mindlessly

I think any 30 day routine is better than nothing. Anyone can join anytime

I manage my companys’ social media accounts (Linkedin, X and IG) as part of my job so I can be on social media regularly especially LinkedIn.

But I’m going to give this a go.

good luck and strong will for everyone joining today.

My tip: download some app to limit your access to social media, its easier this way. I did it before, allowed only 30min in the evening to finish work here.
