I completed my first day. Used social media less than 20min today to respond to some PMs. Used the day to go for walks in the sun, spending some quality time with my loved ones and setting some intentions for the next 30 days.
I loved journaling and also the gratitude at the end of the day.
Was listening to Filip‘s Angelic Guidance: synchronicity field and asked the angels to show me more angel numbers. Then I looked at my phone and it was 21:21 and when I came here there were 22 comments :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

This is just day 2 but the dopamine repair field is already doing wonders. When I get the triggers it neutralizes instantly :muscle:

I’m on day 2 near completion. My priority is no coffee for 30 days. It’s surprisingly easy thus far, I expected way worse. I’m feeling fresher in the evenings with clearer thoughts. Overall more productive.

For me the no porn is easy because I basically don’t watch it anymore. Rarely maybe once every 1-3 months so it doesn’t affect me. Social Media hmmm like I log in Facebook once a month and wondering what I’m doing there lol. Fake AI articles everywhere. Instagram I also just load once a week maybe to have a quick check.

The only thing is sometimes I’m too long on YouTube watching interesting stuff.

Not much other mindless scrolling activities really. Sometimes I do too much online shopping in one sitting :sweat_smile:

I’ll see if I can incorporate some more habits into these 30 days.

Pretty nice so far.

Oh yeah and I’ve listened to the dopamine field twice a day

Make small changes a habit and you will grow a lot over the year. Happy for you.

My review so far:

Changed my morning routine and starting with meditation while playing this field, then I play NoFap field after, then Mantra manifestation and Energetic Overlord field.

I feel deepened sense of calm and focus after Dopamine field, less distracted and drawn to outside “distractors”. It kind of slows the time and perception of it around me, I feel more centered.

NoFap field wakes my energy up, I also script while listening to it, and just talk to myself like I do often (like talking to my successful self). I continue to do so while listening to Mantra field (if you just affirm while listening to it, the more “certain” about it you are, the faster it manifests).

Energetic overlord plays when I prepare breakfast on the background.

Social media thing is harder than it looks. I use it to post for my work also, and when I catch myself sliding into the scrolling, I have to stop myself.
Overall both evenings felt much clearer and I slept like a baby, less tired after whole day.

I also take this challenge as a personal push to focus on other aspects of life 100% - eating 100% clean, push more my other work projects and do things I put aside for later, also try to spend more quality time with my girlfriend. Also being aware of my thoughts and trying to be constructive towards my goals and grateful, not distracted.

This challenge is not only about Dopamine, its about being more focused on yourself and your growth and finding out that if you are consistent with your goals, its impossible to fail.

I know I’m a few days late, but I’m just posting here to say that I’ll start ASAP (probably tomorrow). Looking forward to seeing what the challenge brings!

Started this Monday, I’m now on my 3rd day.

I dropped porn (not that I watch it that often, but still, one month I’ll make sure to not watch it), and I don’t stay as much on Fb - I read a few articles and posts, and that’s it.

I take care my mom since she’s in a wheelchair, so staying on my phone or watching something is a given, unfortunately, so watching shows and reaction channels are still a given, also gaming, but above all, music, it just relaxes me, so I will keep it.

I feel like I enjoy my activities more, that’s already something which I noticed.

It’s day 3 without coffee for me, and things are going surprisingly well. Sugar and carbohydrates are significantly reduced, and I’m not experiencing the usual withdrawal symptoms, except fatigue on day 1.

I haven’t even opened some messages on WhatsApp/Telegram yet—we’ll see how much builds up.

Since today, it’s been difficult to stay on a news portal longer than absolutely necessary. I’ll barely be following any world news for the next 27 days.

My personal online time is about 50 minutes a day. Hopefully, it will get a little less.

@Filip: What have you included in the dopamine reset field? I don’t even have the desire to continue watching the series I recently started or to distract myself with a book. Thanks for your excellent work :pray:

That is really feeling pretty easy for now and it is making me see those sub-optimal behaviours for what they really are, choices. (Nothing new, that was a growth step i had last year possibly)
Though the field is reinforcing with a rasor sharp precision that understanding, such a great craft here

And what in the past was feeling something imposed from upon, from evil corpos, entities and whatnot is dissolving, exposing day by day a certain kind of truth, that it always was my choice, from the very beginning.

It is nice after years and years of not taking full responsibility of the choices done, walking toward the path of self sovereignty, and understanding that while other external factors influence, the final call its yours and yours only

Man, that dopamine is working fiiine! I feel like I get highs/pleasure from the “simple” things, simply being in my body, I just enjoy breathing and even just touching objects in my surrounding, it’s like redescovering life’s details again, lol, I can take pleasure from random small things, and not huge spikes either, it’s all in an equilibrium/balanced, yet, I simply enjoy everything about my life more, from physical sensations, to mental stuff, like reading lol (not truly a reader here; OK, I’m reading a Manga, but I simply enjoy it more).

I will write another reply later, but I’ll just leave it for at least one week, possibly until I am done with the challenge (although I might continue with these two fields, they are awesome!!).

overall these last few years took their toll even on me, quite the optimist lol…
Overall sense of enjoying life was not really at my highest.
Maybe I let the world field, the overall mass consciousness weigh me down, a little bit more than I should’ve, plus my own issues, but still…

If not for fields, Idk how much harder I would have found the whole life process to be…

My colleague, without me telling him, actually started the same. But he failed already yesterday. Well, not failed, he says he wants to enjoy life so he wanted to drink coffee again.

My nervous system got absolutely fried this year and despite swimming through the motions I was still really scattered and couldn’t return to balance for long. I was using all the brain healing fields at my disposal but none worked as good as this one. Wow! Instead of being a leaf in the storm I’m regaining the perspective of the I. Thank you Filip for generously sharing it for free :pray:t3::heart:

Lovely to hear you’re already getting such great results - talk about making me excited to try! I’m certainly glad on your behalf.

And maybe it’s not my place to say but, as a sidenote, you can always talk to someone about whaever’s going on, anyone. I doubt any of us on the forum would mind, we all get it!
