Thank You. ![]()
Overall, yes, I’m doing better (but I do have bad days too, which is unavoidable).
Did he want to give up coffee completely or just take a break?
It always fascinates me how often drinking coffee is equated with enjoying life.
Perhaps there are coffee demons that won’t let go of people

Let’s just say that all of us have our “demons”…
![]()
All our demons can now take a 30-day vacation ![]()
You might be surprised but I took this note for day 1:
“Very bad dreams at night (maybe coffee is a natural nightmare repellent?)”
Maybe the nightmares were a desperate last resort attempt of sorts
Good morning everyone ![]()
Time for a fresh hot delicious soul-comforting coffee ![]()
![]()
It is called “challenge” for a reason.
*drinks coffee
**soul is comforted
***continues with the challenge
activates iron will power
Easy peasy
That’s not really surprising. Except maybe that it happened on the very first day. All kinds of attachments tend to fight back when their right to exist is taken away.
I had “fun” with a stressful reaction from my nervous system late in the evening before Day 1, when I told my body, “Okay, that’s it for coffee and excessive carbohydrates for now.” ![]()
How sweet of you.
I missed my coffee a little this morning.
Nevertheless, once I’ve made up my mind, I stick to it. Thirty days are not even the blink of an eye in eternity.
Exactly. Just stick to the routine and see the end goal ![]()
Has it begun already? If not, I’d love to join.
It begun, but join today for the next 30 days ![]()
I just found two doughnuts I’d put in a cupboard
Hey,
thumbs-up for everyone still in the Dopamine Challenge.
If you are consistent, you should see the results already - now its about staying in the new routine (for the body to create a habit).
Whoever didn’t join or joined later - you can join anytime.
I can see my urges to see social media etc. already almost non-existent. I’m more in the “now=present” during the day - enjoying more of the ordinary stuff (food, friends, family, work, etc.).
My discipline for work and creating new things improved - also, this Challenge is the reason I posted “Willpower+Discipline field” yesterday (Patreon yesterday, Friday on Youtube) - to make the most out of it for everyone (work on your own projects, hobbies, etc.).
Hope everyone is having a good time today ![]()

For this challenge, I’ve been staying away from weed. On weekends, I’d typically have a joint and although it wasn’t too harmful, it’s still no good for my lungs and I want to cut that away for… perhaps a year or even several. I’m an extrovert so I’d hang out with friends at least once a week and instead of a beer, I’d have a joint since alcohol tends to be heavier on the vibration.
Even if I would only smoke a joint on the weekends, there’d be the days during the week where someone in my circle is smoking a joint and I’d take my pull or two… or just if I wanted a creative spurt, I’d smoke a joint cause it would boost my creativity tenfold. Productivity as well would just skyrocket.
But, last thing I want is to get more used to that boost. It’s not healthy and the brain does tend to want it to get that same sort of boost again. I can get that boost sober off of just doing the Vital Force routine while listening to major blueprint of power. A joint is an unnecessary shortcut.
This year was tough so I gave myself leeway but I’m working through getting right back to my prime and cutting that off and processed foods is the only sort of intake in my way. I do have coffee 2-3 days a week and I’ll be cutting that off soon as well. Never been too much a coffee lover though so as soon as I tell her goodbye, it’s over. It’s just been nice on days I get no sleep since I’m working like 2-3 jobs these days ![]()
But yeah, been close to 3 weeks away from cannabis and I’m already over it. Listening to the dopamine reset field from Filip helped so thanks for that friend.
Great challenge and hope everyone here surpasses whatever adversity is in their way.
So for this challange I decided to reduce my screem time. Before I started this challange I had an screem time of about 16 hours a day on average. To a point where I allways glanced on my phone the entirety of my day.
The first days where less challangeing with Filipps field and helped me to reduce my screem time down to 3 h on average day, for the last week. On a few good days I even got it down to under one hour.
Through the challange I have more time. Extreamly so. It gave me more challanges to search for health replacements for my bad habit. In form of walks, calling friends and family. Cooking too, it helps to keep the mind from the bordom.
I made some little positive changes, like cooking myself lunch to school, going on walks while calling friends and family. Talking with others, has been very helpfull with staying away from my phone. I feel so much better too, when I am with others so much less drained.
The laste few days over the weekend, have become more challangeing, but I am staying strong. Just emotions resurfaceing that I have been numbing with my phone.
All in all, this changed my life in a big way and I am thankfull for the chance.
Thanks for everything
Sure why not. Count me in for the next 30 days.
Does the volume matter?
Like low volume, is it ok?
I skipped a day, not that I wanted, it just happened…
I should have listened earlier, instead of leaving them for later.
Since it’s morning already, should I restart the challenge from day 1 or should I listen now and count it for yesterday and listen sometime later, for today too?
@FilipMorphicFields
I pulled an all nighter, 0 sleep…; someday I will change my sleep patterns for good, that’s a challenge too… ![]()
So far, I have not watched porn, but somehow my eating habits are still not great, although I’m consuming around 2000 kcal per day, which is less than I used to consume in the last couple years.
Also, despite fields like the insulin one, Metabolism one and fat destroy, I don’t see much fat lose, and that was a constant with Sapien Medicine and any other Creator whose creatiins I’ve tried.
Maybe a couple pounds lost, a few at most, then stagnation or reverse…
Losing weight seems to be one of the hardest challenges in my life.
I lost weight when I consumed 1500-2000 kcal, especially in the weeks where I dropped to 1500-1700 approx. kcal.
The problem is that I feel not good if I listen to insulin fields, I feel weak and need to eat, same for fat fields (less so for those, so I might loop them a little bit), unless I listen once or twice at the most, which is still helpful, because it kinda keeps me around the same weight, which is still better than gaining weight.
I guess I’ll have to do everything I can on my part too, in order to lose weight.
Sorry, I went a little bit Offtopic.
Thank You for Everything, Filip. ![]()
Its more about intentionally connecting to the field.
Its okay, just continue the whole 30 days (not starting again).
Maybe work a little on the “perception” about weight loss you have - you are still the only creator of your game and those are just tools. Certain fields tend to “not penetrate” subconscious mind “setup” - change your POV about it. Its all about just playing with it and having fun.
All fields work and don’t work at the same time (as other tools) = depends 100% on the individual and his beliefs etc. - work on yourself daily, it will be easier with every progression you make.
Good job for sticking with the challenge, you are ahead of most people.
Go slowly with changes step by step, and don’t forget to put also in the “physical action” - you are in a physical world.
If you need more advice, text me.
You doing great, keep going ![]()
