30-day challenge DOPAMINE RESET

Thank You So Much.
I Wil continue with the 30 days
and will try to accept that it takes time to see changes.

Edit and update: I just got up on the scale…
It is 104+kg , at the most around 106kg, it used to be 105-107 for weeks, so yes, there is progress…
Why 1-2 kg difference?
I guess because I measure my weight a couple times per day, thus what I eat, water, etc. Is added too, so I think the best would be to stick with once per day, ideally after waking up.

I have not used Visualization in a while, nor Mandala field, gonna add those too again and change my mindset, to choose a more favorable program, (and add a daily autossugestion/mantra) like “losing weight is easy for me”.

It can be done, I just have to move further.

or “redefine” how long does it take for you to see changes.
If you setup your mind that “all changes are instantly visible” - they will be.
Its up to you how and when you will see changes.

I have failed the challenge…

No need for details…
Hmm…

Man, I thought I could go for months without pmo, but I guess that it happened almost two decades ago or so, and I was extremely zealous back then, very religious, thus that was the motivation…

Heck, I already have the needed reasons to quit it all, but you know, just one peek I said…
It can’t hurt me, I said…

Back to day 1.

On the plus side, I feel the dopamine plus the sexual energy fields are working really good together, since I started talking with ChatGPT about investments, which I never do.

They helped me start to focus on real, imminent needs, like money/capital, which besides health is an extremely important priority, even objectively speaking.

Well, from now on, no peeking, I guess…

It’s not like absolutely needed it either.

Well, anyway, it is what it is.

Restart, (re) focus, realign with my goals, make progress, beat the challenge, change my thinking and behavior patterns and my life for good.

The energy of orgasm itself can be depatterned, refined and channeled somewhere else for whatever purpose.

I say because there is a zillion fields to help with retention, or sexual energy transmutation, but men will keep “failing” since they are just going against their body’s needs. Most guy’s lives aren’t compatible with the lifestyle necessary for such process (not needing to orgasm at all).

There is no field for this though. Servitors can help.

The Devastating Effects of Porn on Self-Worth and Manifestation

Now I only feel disgusted to porn, i can’t even understand why my past self was addicted to them so much

Compared to quitting porn
Quitting masturbate is the real challenge to me
i keep failing and back to day 1
i even made to 30days+ before

No need to feel down about it.
You are still learning every day, growing. Nothing ends, you just experience things.

What you can do is change the narrative about it.

Don’t see yourself down or failed when you relapse. Your expectation and POV about the “act” will shape how your reality responds.
I don’t say watching porn, social media or unlimited masturbation is good for you, but if you occasionally slip, change the way you see it.
Just convince yourself this made your system more stable in the long-run, more stable energy, also you experienced there is not much missing from watching it and it didn’t hurt you at all. It’s all about you and how you see things. Change the narrative about slips.

The challenge is still about teaching everyone “healthier habits” in the longterm. You learn also by experiencing what you don’t want to do - so no hard feelings over missed day or so.

100%.

If you don’t work with the excessive sexual energy your body will push you to release anyway. So keep balance.
You can expand your growth by being more active with meditation etc. during the time you don’t masturbate.
Change it to something creative. It’s a huge boost to health, manifestation etc. (sexual energy). But if you release from time to time, and it makes you feel good, do it. Everything in moderation in my experience. All extremes are bad.

Also, I wanted to share my perspective about the challenge and what should motivate you to work on yourself harder than you did before. :arrow_double_down:

Over my life, I met a lot of people than are unique, you could feel it just by talking to them, seeing them, thinking about them. They have an aura. They are magnetic to others.

Dream is also perfect example of this

This is what motivates me to push harder in all areas. It’s not about just meditating or quitting porn. It’s a whole package. You need to be disciplined about what you do daily, life choices you make, knowing your life mission and being active working towards it. All positive experiences will grow your character. Same like playing a computer game.
Over time, you start to be more inspiring to others, because you pursue daily and don’t quit and positive results shape your new character.
Every time Im lazy and want to take the easier path, I think about what I want in the future and if its compatible with changes I make now to “feel good”.

It’s end of the year now. Everybody is slowing down because they are tired after the year and are waiting for new year to come so they can “start again”.
Right now, push harder, you get “double XP” until the end of the year.

You are doing it for your family, partners etc. = to be better and provide also better life for them, to inspire them. Take the responsibility and lead by example.

DO NOT slow down. There are so many levels in the game you can “unlock” if you level up.
You all got this.

I would even go as far as to say, the challenge isn’t even the important part, but what it can create for you: The lifestyle changes that appear from dedication and persistence are immense.

So it’s not really like “Yes! I completed the challenge!” after 30 days and then returning to old habits. The entire point of this is to upgrade your lifestyle and become the person you’d be proud of.

For me I’m on day 13 I think of no coffee, it’s comparably really easy. But I felt the retention part lol, albeit in a good way

Yet to me that’s not a failure at all. Like @FilipMorphicFields says you can also reframe it @SoulStar33 for example: Why do we release in general? Or watch porn? Usually initially it was curiosity. It’s really a big stress relief. As I understand you have a lot of stress on your hand, so it’s not unreasonable to release at times, in order for you to get that stress relief. Of course it might not be the most ideal way, but that’s up to you to decide.

What I’m saying is, the upgrade in life that is achieved is way more important than counting numbers in a challenge. Yes, this fosters discipline but the real goal is the new life achieved through this.

100% that was the goal

Speaking from a LOT of experience here but - whatever you do - don’t beat yourself up, punish yourself, ruminate or spiral. You’ll only end up reinforcing those negative patterns and trap yourself in a never-ending - totally unfulfilled - power fantasy (not that you sound like the type).

(Might come back to expound detail later on…)

Day 14 is coming to an end.

It’s going surprisingly well without coffee; I don’t even miss it when I’m meeting up with friends (my friends almost always drink coffee).

The only strange thing was that I dreamed about freshly brewed coffee this morning before I woke up. At least I woke up before I could drink it in my dream.

I felt so down today, actually starting since last night (it has nothing to do with porn, I got way more important issues unfortunately…), and after one listen of dopamine, I feel better, like more hopeful and slightly optimistic, despite some bad events happening in my family again.

Thank You for this field, Filip.

We are halfway through the challenge.

Thumbs up for everyone still in the challenge, thumbs up for everyone who changed his habits, or even tried.

In my experience, you should already feel many positive changes after 2 weeks (sleep, focus, energy sensitivity, no urges to see social media/porn etc.).
Whoever paired with NoFap + NoFap field, will have his results even more boosted.

For anyone not trying yet, you can join on your own terms anytime. It’s only hard at the beginning, then every day gets easier. The benefits are worth it and you will be one step ahead of almost everyone else.

For us, doing the challenge to the best of our abilities, I recommend 📈 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 - to expand on your intentional focus and discipline with setting up your goals and starting to make real steps towards them (Physical and Spiritual!).

Now is the best time to start working towards your “better version of you”.

Tomorrow is not guaranteed, start today. Life goes by fast.

PS: This is really incredibly functional and very easy to work with field. Play the field, think about what you want in the state of already having it every morning + evening, write it also in couple sentences in your journal every day and let “the game” do the rest. :arrow_double_down:

TIP: I discovered this one lately.
While playing the field, just say to the universe:

“SHOW ME HOW MUCH BETTER CAN MY LIFE GET”.

It works.

Hey guys,

last week of the challenge.

For everyone still in the challenge = congratulations. You should probably have created new habits to follow.

Anyone else = you can start today. Only a week of focus will create meaningful changes to you and your body.

Synchronicities support our growth.

Have fun with it. You create your own little “matrix” = never forget that.
Game is limitless.

I felt more positive while using the dopamine field.

Challenge or no challenge, I’m gonna use it daily.

If I do use it for a month, daily, I’m gonna update.

Thank You, Filip. :pray::heart:
It’s an Amazing Field and it will be better if I use it again.

I think we are 3 days away from completion?
This should be one of the last instances where we could get tempted. But that also means 90% is done, might as well push through to the very end.

My friend asked me will I stop coffee forever or have 5 cups after the challenge and I thought for a moment and truthfully replied : “I don’t know”

Because I really don’t. I’ll just see how I feel. I’m probably gonna try one and then let’s see.

I’m also thinking about new monthly challenges. Might as well try a new one directly after.
