30-day challenge DOPAMINE RESET

Now that we’re nearing the end of the 30 days, I’m amazed at how quickly this time has passed.

I haven’t drunk a single drop of coffee, nor have I eaten anything that might contain it. I can now feel the deposits of that stuff being broken down in my pineal gland (finally!). A small part of me still craves it, though, and I could swear a little part of my brain is screaming for it. Which means: no going back to that brew for now.

The drastic reduction in sugar/carbohydrates, on the other hand, was no problem at all.

The dopamine reset field works a little too well: I really have to make an effort if I want to stay online for any length of time.

I’ve been thinking about that for a few days now, too. There are so many good things one could get into the habit of (except for cold showers –
 brrr)

My victory cup :trophy:

Had a Starbucks as a first coffee :coffee: in a month. It was kinda funny, as I walked in there was music playing that sounded somehow like having defeated an emdboss. That was a cool touch and a great synchronicity. On top of that, I got the coffee for free due to my VIP points/stars.

And I can safely say I’m gonna from now on consume 10 liters of coffee a day…

Or not lol

Alright jokes aside, it was pretty underwhelming. I felt mildly energized after a few sips and that was it. I even tried a second cup in the afternoon, to no avail. In this state, to me it means it’s more beneficial not to drink it, so I’m probably just gonna adopt this habit and very rarely drink a coffee, as otherwise it’s not really needed for me.

Now cheers onto the next challenge/s. :fist_right::mechanical_arm:

Btw, when you accomplish your challenge, do take a moment and CELEBRATE. Treat yourself to sth, raise your hands into the air, get a fake trophy or sth. Sometimes I would write myself fake certificates of accomplishment for motivation. It’s kinda fun. But definitely cherish this feeling, because it’s a beautiful feeling of success (which is a powerful manifestor feeling). What I did was take my cup and show it to my colleagues as if I just won the world cup, with a huge smile on my face :grin::grin:

@FilipMorphicFields will also tell you to celebrate and memorize that success emotion for future endeavors, he knows that very well.

Thanks for this

Let’s keep going!!

This is amazing :infinity:

The challenge is ending “officially” today.

Anyone who joined, finished or thought about their own daily “habits” and this challenge made them improve, congratulations.

You should celebrate.

Life is all about small victories. Small victories add-up to bigger ones. Never-ending journey of success, failure and growth.

Now cheers onto the next challenge :infinity:
