What field or set of fields would be good for shadow work/integration? I want to merge my lower self with my higher self. I find I have a lot of unnecessary drama and jealousy in my head and I want to know how to transmute it.

it would be good to read through the posts, revise the options suggested to you back in 2020 see which ones you used or didnt use etc
