Hello sapien family, this is my last semester and they got me going 12 hour shifts twice a week and it will probably be 3 a week, I love the ICU facility and the rush but I also feel so drained and tired, I just wanted to ask for advice to help with regenerating mentally and physically besides the 8 hours of sleep per day, I have been exercised 4x a week weight lifting than cardio, thank you for your suggestions

The hypersleep field good to sleep less hours.
I think there was a field for jetlag, maybe that could be good for the long shift nurses have.
