Been skimming through the replies here. I spent a lot of the past couple years in really bad places, listening to bad subliminals and hypnosis videos. Not using drugs for clean purposes. I traumatized myself, and really began to be paranoid and mistrustful of everything and the world. It’s been a slow process of opening up to people again.
So I get where chaos is coming from. What I’ve been doing is asking the aliens to help me truly know friend from foe. To ease my stress, anxiety, and isolation. Ease me into their presence, really knowing it’s them beyond any doubt.
Asking for things, and waiting to see what happens is hard. I think some clouds are being lifted. Still pretty mistrustful, but I do get some glimpses of something benevolent at times.

For now im gonna skip the audio, if Dream decides to release the tag I might get it and head out into the woods and see.
I do start seeing ufo’s when I play it, but they just ignore me lol.
Like I even try to send them the concept of “I can see you! Im right here” and still nada.
Although I think Nabs is right, looped it today a few times and I had the biggest urge ever to wear the higher self mandala.
So im just gonna stick with that I guess.

Well I have to tell you guys, my IPF tag was lost for some time now, it never arrived and the tracking said the shipping was cancelled even before it was sent. Was waiting for teespring to resolve the issue. Today it magically arrived, and I have a feel it was the aliens lol, I think they want me to use it bc I have asked them all the stuff to be able to communicate with them and for them to teach me whatever they know, and they’ve been working on me bc when listening to the audio I always feel my forehead numb

The Higher Self is not limiting until you choose to follow the best path it sees for you. You are actually fully free to choose whatever you want to do with the conditions you have. You can stop the flow of communication between yourself and your higher self then invoke demons, devas, ETs or any other entities and make your own contracts with them. That’s a choice you do have.
The problem with that choice is - are you evolved enough to guide your physical self? Are you powerfully psychic enough to see the future probabilities and make the right choice that is best for you? or to discern the information and actions of entities hidden and unhidden?
Most of us on Earth are not evolved to such a level thus the faith in the direction of where our Higher Self is guiding us is the best we have. And I honestly believe when you do follow the advice your higher self provides, you will notice your life synchronistically flourish with fulfillment.

I had a bit of an interesting experience last night. I am one a 2-day break, waiting to start the Crystallization audio. I played the Alien Intercession audio after my daily meditation and put it on a loop. I was not consciously listening to it, and was going about doing some chores.
After a few minutes, it felt like someone was gently nudging me to sit down. I resisted, but it happened again. It was not forceful, but gentle and more of a suggestion that a push. I decided to just sit on my couch and listen to the audio and got into a deep state in a few minutes. It felt real, it felt like a dream, but there were a lot of “people” around. It was like these folks were buzzing around like energy flies (for the lack of a better term). At some point, my subconscious mind popped up, fear conditioning arose and I frantically reached out to my guardian, Sekhmet, for protection. The fierce once seemed to say, “you are ok”. That seemed to help with the fear (of unknown malevolent beings that has always lingered in my mind whenever I use this audio).
One of “them” seemed to hold a crystal-like object that s(h)e was tapping around my temple several times, causing a humm, it was like a tuning fork. At some point, the humm from the object seemed to spread through my head and I felt very, very peaceful.
At this point, I woke up from what seemed to be a semi-sleep and noticed that it had been about 3 hours. I then went back to bed and within an hour (or two), I could sense more presence. The audio was playing the whole time. Again, I could not see the entities but just felt them buzzing here and there, but the energy this time felt different. I do not recollect exactly what happened, but at some point, I remember pointing to a big, red, nasty breakout I have on my chin.
I woke up this morning, whoa, the breakout is gone. No mark, no scar, it’s gone! I spoke about this to my GF, and she laughed at me in disbelief, but even she cannot explain how the nasty breakout disappeared without any trace overnight! It normally takes me a few days to shrink (even if I put on some Salicylic Acid or Benzyl Peroxide) and the mark takes weeks to disappear.
Ok, I am finally in this train now too! Sorry Vibration audios, you guys are no longer my top favorites!!

Ok, I think I’ve been meditating and hearing this audio on loop (about 2 hours each night with no audios after) for about 1 week now, maybe a little bit more. Notable experience happened this night, I woke up in the middle of the night and my whole body was vibrating like crazy, this had already happened 2 times before since starting hearing to sapien audios (chakras, vibration, etc) since I’m on the course I can’t hear those anymore for now, but this was the most intense experience yet since the vibrations lasted more than a minute and it felt very strong, almost like a dream. The two times it happened before it didn’t last for more than a few seconds.

I am still trying to understand what happened - in terms of concepts my mind can grasp! Are these beings presentas energy forms, or were they more physical in nature, did they work on my energy body or did something physical with the breakout… or worked on te physical issue through energy work…etc.!

oh no, those are real life “aliens”. Our nearby galactic “cousins” that have already freed themselves from the “powers that be” on their planet. They are scheduled to be one of the “first contacts” as they appear “just like us” (and their descendants are still here on this planet).
But the crystal and the humming and the temple is exactly what was described to me from someone else.

Supposedly, the geography of their planet allowed for less “centralization” therefore making it easier to free themselves.
umm hard to say… I guess they are where we will be in a generation or two once we throw off the “power that wannabe” and ascend.
