I Have a disease related to posture.It is severe deformity.I want to heal that.I asked angels many times to heal my disease but It didnt work.So I want to have direct contact with angels and ask them help.Maybe direct contact is more effective.How can I do that?Do I need to use Ipf Field to enhance communication or its not necessary?

Friendsā¦ does this work passively? If someone listens to it, in the background how do the aliens know what to help us with? If we say, listen to it at work? Or as we drive?

Those which can help are far superior to us (I think), most probably they are Eons further than us, technologically and spiritually and probably in many if not in all ways, so they can understand much more than us, I suppose, and know when to help or to intervene, to what degree (all assumptions).

In the early morning today, IĀ“ve meditated to this one on loop
(Looped PM and Shen beforehand)
While IĀ“ve relaxed, multiple groups of triangular grids appeared, that moved in and out of each other like a kaleidoscope.
A bit like these:
My initial intent was to ask for help in wealth manifestation.
But during the first minutes IĀ“ve been unable to clear my head, old, intrusive porn imagery popped up.
Despite being clean for months, some triggers were still in my subconscious mind.
IĀ“ve asked them to remove it, visualized a sponge scrubbing the trash away, followed by repeating the intent for maybe a dozen times, until IĀ“ve felt mental relief and knew it was done.
They confirmed it too and IĀ“ve thanked them, focussing on feeling gratitude in my Anahata.
This area immediately overflowed with love and gratitude, A smiling face and a hand appeared, showing that they were happy to help me.
IĀ“ve stood up and went to the bathroom. IĀ“ve noticed all the benefits I usually get from strong hypnotic clearing sessions: Feeling lighter, faster, sharper, better vision, more at ease and more centered.
IĀ“ve also asked for protection and my initial intent of manifesting wealth.
It felt very loving. Our friends are there, we just have to reach out to them 
IĀ“ve went to sleep and had a dream, where a circle of red energy was drawn around me, which I understand as confirmation of their protection.

E.g. if you want them to heal your leg, focus on it and how it feels to have it healed.
Usually yes, helps to get better visuals.

Out of all the intercessions, Iām always drawn to seek their assistance, when power outage randomly happens, three occasions so far and always after respectfully asking their help, power comes back within 5-10mins. (Normally power outages here can last hoursss).

This face is what I have encountered before. And it wasnāt placebo either because I had never heard of reptilians before. I think they are so mesmorizing now.
I used this audio today while holding my moldavite and as I was lying down I psychically saw a felt (them?) putting those things that are on the backs of dinosaurs on my back. I think they were trying to bless or upgrade my energy body, Iām not entirely sure.

These may have been the first aliens I ever sawā¦ 5 Elements Balanced + Stonehenge or Sedona, I donāt rememberā¦ 8 faces, grinning at me. I too had never heard or paid attention to such things before either.
