I played this all day today and no exaggeration I look years younger. I canā€™t even believe thatā€™s coming out of my mouth. Complexion, vibrancy in the eyes, and auric glow. My energy is off the charts too. Iā€™m just blown away and so grateful for this @El_Capitan_Nemo

Also, completely healed my energy body and beyond. I was having issues being able to use a lot of fields for months. Now, itā€™s like I can use as many as I want.

Is there any recommendations for how much and often to listen to this field?
Since the AMBROSIA field also contains the Longevity Series like the GPDL1 Booster, Induced Mots - c Production, Klotho Booster which have recommended listen of 2-3 times, can it be negative in any way if we listen to AMBROSIA for example 10x every day? :slight_smile:

Iā€™ve been using this as well as the Tonic one at night and they donā€™t seem to bother my sleep as well.

The new Super Human Mutant one, that I try not to play after like 7 pm.

Cool , Iā€™m pretty sure itā€™s just me , Iā€™ve always been a sensitive sleeper . It has gotten better though, so I have high hopes that I still might be able to use it at some point !
