Would it be correct to say that some of the starseeds/angelic beings were already born in 5D so to speak? Im an angelic/starseed being and I was born with a lot of those qualities, like no need for sex out of neediness and love vibration and shit like that or r we 5D born into 3D to help bring up?

I’m always in a state of meditation, or rather ‘non-meditation’.

Anyways, that’s up to you to find out. Follow your heart’s desire and don’t get too distracted.

Hi Ace it’s really not that im intentionally ignoring you. Its just that no offense i find it very silly for me to connect to your own higher self and ask when you could totally do it but think that you can’t.

So this will be the last one I give out because I want ppl to feel empowered themselves and realize their own divinity that you absolutely don’t need a middle man.

When I connected to your higher self and asked “which ETs does Ace have connections to?” Andromeda came rushing in my mind like an echo from the great beyond.

So try listening to the Andromeda audio and open for connection. Someone just told me, they will connect with you and you should feel something.

Hi Zea, yes first get your brain wave frequency in theta which is optimal for subconscious mind communication and then make the intention. Doesn’t need to be exact but something along the lines of

“Hey Subconscious mind, I am here to make positive changes to the current programming. Take what I affirm now and overwrite it with what has not served me for my highest good.”

Now you read out the affirmations you wish.

My own affirmations were/are the following:

  1. “I am constantly evolving towards a higher state of consciousness.”
  2. “Every breath I take raises my spiritual energy.”
  3. “I am aligning with my divine purpose every day.”
  4. “My spirit is limitless and boundlessly ascending.”
  5. “I trust in the universe and its plan for my spiritual ascension.”
  6. “My energy field is filled with divine light and love.”
  7. “Every moment I am closer to achieving my higher self.”
  8. “I accept and embrace all lessons, knowing they serve my spiritual growth.”

It’s been a recent ‘hobby’ of mine, thank you for encouraging me to continue with your reply!

I’ve been looking for ways/formulas on how to overwrite what has not served me.
So in this case, I wouldn’t necessarily need to know the ‘names’ and contents of all the other programs, right?
I was concerned about what my subconscious much consider un/beneficial.

Does it have to be a short list, or can I go with the flow and repeat the and thing multiple times or perhaps with different words, ‘as I feel’? — no need to reply if too much, I just took the chance :)
