You guys are both kinda right. Testosterone has some myostatin-inhibiting aspects to it, so that’s part of the reason why. Higher testosterone———> lower myostatin ———> more muscle. It’s not the whole picture, but it’s part of it.

That’s the cool thing about Captain’s myostatin-inhibiting field. Women (as well as men) can add muscle much more easily without loading up on testosterone and other hormones. A “cheat code” in a sense, as are pretty much all of his fields :sunglasses: (in a good way).

Even though Im young, I decided to take the high risk High Reward and Went for the SARM playlist.

I started with yk-11,Cardarine
Didn’t notice really any visible amount of muscle mass but I lost alot of weight and gained alot of strength within the weeks.
I did start getting liver pain/kidney pain that was my only side effect and some hair thinning.

This is with all the audios btw not actual SARMS

Cardarine most likely causing the weight loss and lean muscle gains. If you are looking for mass consider hgh, yk-11, lgd4033 stack

I just had my hours cut back at work…is it sad that it’s that I won’t be able to get this field for a while that has me the most disappointed?

Hey don’t worry, especially if you’re a guy, there are a lot of fields you can use to help you.
And add some extra gym time to what you’re already doing + the fields, you’ll see results :)

I just got complimented by the third person in the last 24 hours saying I looked fit :blush:

I also use the other fat loss field but I feel like using this + weight training in the last ~1.5 weeks makes the real difference, or maybe the two together (disclaimer - for me and so far :)

I made some serious gains with this but recently due to underlying injurys which i didn’t really treat, i have been having pinched nerves etc so pissed off - i literally have put on 7kg of lean mass with this field :pensive: :pensive:

Are you using fields for the injuries too? Plasma and Cosmo volt works reay well for pinched nerve - my mom had something and I looped Cosmo volt, massage and grounding near her (she knew) and it was gone in a couple of hours.

how long did it take you to achieve this?great job btw.

Its a life long thing for me lol but if you are asking hmmm i would say this field has filled up areas of my muscular anatomy which i couldn’t get any bigger. My traps for example are popping out and i haven’t actually worked out traps in 3 years. probably 2 months its taken me but i have a super fast metabolism too.

How many listens of biceps a day? A do you experience fatique a lot?

Is it a good idea to make sure to listen to this audio even on rest days when you’re not working out at all?

I’m sure it’d be fine and I’d get gains either way, but I wonder if playing the audio would boost muscle growth even on days when I’m not causing all the micro tears.
