Androstenol

Hello! Thank you :)

Just wanna point out one thing.
As I heard the first Androstenol on YT was causing male aggression in some whom you interacted with. Based on this information it seems this one was not Androstenol but AndrosteNone which is a different one. Androstenol seems to be a more friendly one.

Can someone please confirm whether this archived version of the OG androstenol works?

Is the field still effective even though Sapien archived it?

Why don’t you guys just use unconditional androstenol?

It’s far better, exactly the same results with far less aggression involved.

The human mind is weak.

‘Unconditional love’ is the keyword that makes a man believe he’s less effective for being softer. Also, Androstenol OG has more testimonials and was “worshiped” like a god, something that didn’t happen -at least not enough- with Unconditional Androstenol, leading people to believe it’s less effective; however, Dream said, “it’s the same Androstenol from YouTube.”

chatgpt says androstenol doesn’t deplete testosterone, let’s loop all night lol. I don’t know where the story came from that androstenol destroys testosterone, I believed it myself.

The logic is that it takes from the amount of free testosterone in your body. I have never researched it though!

It rather takes away the precursors of testosterone. I don’t need to look in research papers to know that it could potentially take away cholesterol, progesterone or androstenediol to create it which would lower substance to convert to testosterone.

Um dont loop overnight. that will mess u up and people will fear you

Effects of androstenol:

https://youtube.com/shorts/DYtlvkFAFxM?si=feR9r1uQOd6t3LW3

This link you post directs to youtube short of “John Zerka REVEALS the Datk Side of Body Building”

The aggressive psychological effects he describes is a result of steroid abuse, these steroids mimick testosterone and can influence brain regions like the amygdala, causing strong imbalances in aggression and emotional responses.

Androstenol on the other hand is generally associated with mood and social behavior but not strongly linked to aggression. In fact, androstenol is typically associated with positive, calming, or social effects rather than heightened aggression.

Even Androstenone is not the primary driver of the aggressive psychological effects associated with anabolic steroid use. Though, it is associated with dominance and can influence social perceptions, such as being interpreted as assertive or even intimidating.

But abuse in any way can lead to imbalances.

Alright, let’s get one thing straight right out of the gate: John Zherka didn’t touch androstenol—not once and he couldn’t really unless he used this field. That’s not what he was on, and nobody’s claiming he was. What I’m saying is there’s a correlation between the kind of aggression he went through and how androstenol can sometimes have similar effects. So, before you jump into “BuT tHaT’s FrOm StErOiDs,” let’s unpack this.

Zherka’s aggression, the chaos in his relationships, the spiraling emotions—those came from steroids, sure. But here’s the kicker: steroids aren’t magic potions that just flip a switch in your brain. They amplify what’s already there. You’re grinding 24/7, pushing yourself to look and feel invincible, and suddenly, you’ve got this cocktail of hormones running through your veins. It’s no wonder aggression and emotional instability come flying out of the woodwork. It’s like taking a pressure cooker and turning up the heat until it blows.

Now, let’s talk about androstenol for a second. Yeah, people say it’s “calming” or “social,” but that’s not a universal truth. In certain contexts, even something like androstenol can lead to frustration, irritability, or heightened emotional reactions. Why? Because it interacts with who you are. You’re not some robot who reacts the same way every time. Throw androstenol into someone’s system who’s already living a high-stakes, high-stress life, and it’s not hard to imagine it sparking something similar to what Zherka experienced on steroids.

This isn’t about saying Zherka’s aggression was caused by androstenol. It’s about recognizing the parallels. Both steroids and androstenol can hit that dominance/aggression button under the right conditions. It’s not just about the substance; it’s about the environment, the personality, and the lifestyle that shapes how someone reacts.

And that’s exactly what Jung was getting at in The Red Book. It’s not just the chemical; it’s the shadow—that darker, buried part of you that doesn’t play by the rules. Steroids didn’t just make Zherka aggressive; they pulled the curtain back on what was already there. You juice up, and suddenly your ego, your insecurities, your ambition—they’re all on overdrive. Jung would call this the shadow coming out to play. And guess what? The shadow doesn’t care about your relationships, your job, or your liver—it’s here to dominate.

This is where the parallels with androstenol come in. Sure, androstenol isn’t something you inject or abuse, but it taps into that same primal energy. It pokes at dominance, social hierarchy, the stuff that makes men feel like men. And when you’re in a high-stakes, pressure-filled environment like Zherka was, that energy doesn’t always come out calm and social like some textbook says. Nah, it comes out raw—like a wildfire burning through everything in its path.

Jung talks about how we’re all walking around with this inner chaos, this shadow, and if you don’t face it, it’ll wreck you. Zherka’s lifestyle—bodybuilding, steroids, constantly chasing the top—it was like throwing gasoline on the fire of his shadow. It wasn’t just about the drugs; it was the perfect storm of personality, environment, and pressure that lit the fuse.

And here’s the kicker: Jung believed confronting the shadow was necessary for growth. But here’s the thing—most people don’t even realize they’re in that battle until it’s too late. Zherka didn’t sign up to “find his shadow.” He signed up to be the best, to dominate, and in the process, the shadow took over. Steroids just made it louder, like cranking the volume up on every suppressed emotion, every buried insecurity.

So yeah, this isn’t about androstenol or steroids as isolated substances. It’s about how they amplify what’s already inside you. It’s about the shadow, the psyche, and the war every man fights within himself. Jung understood this—he knew the shadow doesn’t go away. You either confront it, or it controls you. And Zherka? He lived that battle in real time, and the fallout was proof of what happens when the shadow runs the show.

So yeah, Zherka’s story is about steroids, but the aggression and emotional fallout? That’s not exclusive to them. It’s a deeper, more complex thing about how these compounds—whether it’s steroids or androstenol—can turn the dial up on emotions, dominance, and even rage when you’re already living life on the edge.

And let me tell you something else—you think this stops with Zherka’s story? Nah, this is bigger. What steroids did to Zherka is just one extreme of what happens when you poke the shadow too hard. Jung talked about this, right? The psyche’s a battlefield. The shadow doesn’t care if it’s steroids, androstenol, or just your own damn ego—it’s just waiting for an opening to take over.

Now, here’s the wild part. Androstenol isn’t even the villain here—it’s neutral. It’s like throwing a small rock in a pond. For most people, it might just make ripples—social, confident energy. But for someone already living in a storm, like Zherka with all that pressure and ambition, even that little ripple can feel like a tidal wave. And when you’ve already got the beast banging on the door, you don’t need much to blow it wide open.

Think about it: steroids yanked Zherka into full shadow mode—rage, dominance, chaos—but androstenol’s effect? It’s more like a whisper to the same instincts. Not as loud, but it still nudges the primal parts of you that crave power and hierarchy. It doesn’t create the chaos—it just stirs it up, subtly, almost deceptively. That’s why it’s so interesting. It’s not the hammer like steroids; it’s the chisel, quietly shaping behavior without you even realizing it.

And Jung would’ve seen the trap here. He wrote that the shadow isn’t just darkness for the sake of darkness—it’s the raw, unfiltered truth about what you’ve been ignoring. That’s the real problem. Substances like steroids or even the biological cues from androstenol don’t add aggression or dominance—they highlight what’s already there. They crank up the volume on parts of you that have been trying to break out all along.

The scary part? Zherka wasn’t some exception to the rule. This is what happens when men are thrown into a world that demands perfection and dominance but gives no roadmap for handling the internal chaos that comes with it. Steroids made Zherka’s shadow impossible to ignore, but even something as subtle as androstenol could’ve nudged him toward the edge, too. It’s all about timing, context, and how ready—or not—you are to face the beast inside.

That’s why Zherka’s story isn’t just about drugs or aggression. It’s about what happens when you push the primal side of human nature too far, too fast, without understanding what you’re really dealing with. Steroids and androstenol? They’re just tools. But tools in the wrong hands—or in the hands of someone who’s already at war with himself? That’s when everything burns down.

Thanks for taken the time to give a response and some context about Zherka’s point of view. I see that you dived into these subjects. I do agree that the shadow within us can be triggered. But as you say:

  • “The shadow doesn’t care if it’s steroids, androstenol”
-“Substances like……—they highlight what’s already there.”
-“this isn’t about androstenol or steroids as isolated substances. It’s about how they amplify what’s already inside you.”

I just picked some quotes of you to highlight that yeah, i agree that those of us with trapped trauma’s and emotions can be triggered by substances or things alike. But that is with everything i guess that has an impact on especially our Amygdala and psyche. Take for an example the Amygdala field of Dreamweaver. It also releases some negative energies inside us. Or look at other fields that try to heal traumas and emotions, the effect these trigger is what we call “things come to the surface”.

But your initial post was “Effects of androstenol: link” without context.

I think we can agree on that generally with recommended listening, there wont be overdose androstenol and negative effects.

But its good too see and read that you meant and reminded people of that things can come to the surface. But yeah, in the usage of morphic fields this is known, hence why for the usage of some fields there is a warning to not overuse.

Peace and love🌹

oh im just saying that androstenol makes me an angry demon with a heart desire to express aggression. and then i have so supress it.

We are all different, i think in your case there might be some imbalance. Anyway, there is a lot written in threads about this subject, take your time to go through it. As for now i can recommend you the following:

  • try to use negativity removal audios: like Internal alchemical crucible, negative energy removal, salt cleanse or audios like anger management and grounding.

  • use unconditional love audio separate and or the unconditional androstenol field.

  • evaluate whether you overuse hormone and pheromone fields. If this is the case try to decrease listening time.

  • your brain might be sensitive to the change you want, you can try heal your brain(receptors) with brain regeneration or fields alike (amygdala healing)

  • try to evaluate what you truly want. If it is confidence you need, use other audios and work on yourself. Remember, this is a long tough journey. And androstenol is just the cherry on the cake.

Good luck.

I’ve been using it overnight for a week, I haven’t noticed that anyone is afraid of me, most respect me. a little disrespect towards me makes me very angry, but I control myself. the smell is very pronounced, when I take a shower at night and go to sleep, I let androstenol over the whole night and I have to take a shower again in the morning

Which Androstenol are you using? Unconditional one?

androstenol for men (become the alpha male)
