Any advice/fields for being a footballer?

Hi there,
So im looking for some advice as I want to return to my dream of becoming a football player. I’m 22 now, so I know I’m at that age limit where it’s kind of now or never…

I’ve trained and joined academies since I was a kid, but due to a lack of discipline and some self-confidence issues, I ended up quitting a few times, probably 3 or 4. Now, though, I really want to give it my all and commit 100%.

So I just wanted to know if there any fields that could help make better decisions on the pitch like passing, dribbling, or just overall game sense and intelligence.

Any tips or suggestions would mean a lot :pray:

Got it, man. Really appreciate the in-depth response.

Football is a lot more mental than people think — it’s not just about the physical side. Mentality and things like confidence play a huge role, along with how the brain is wired for things like vision, spatial awareness, coordination, quick reactions, and movement.

I’m thinking of adding two brain fields: Manhattan Method and White Matter, alongside the physical ones. Do you think that would be enough to cover the “brain” side of things?
