Look, first things first. I noticed some strange sensations whilst laying in bed the other night. I tool some videos and adapted the settings as it was pretty dark in my room. When zooming in, I saw this ever changing matrix. Looking like landmarks, buildings, cities, faces, weird aliens. Please tell me you see the same and. I will share my videos for your own interpretation.

I will always come at these from a buddhist orientation, and i hope that is ok…
My view is… maybe it is, but it that the most important thing? What about your own actions within the matrix / real world… how are you living? How are you treating others? Are you oying, cheateing? Stealing, killing/harming?
The Buddha said reality is what we experience with thr 6 sense base… now, if that reality is real or fake does that really matter? The fact is it causes stress when we attach to things, even the theory of a matrix and world domination… our highest purpose is to free ourselves from this via morality, generosity, letting go of negative ways, cultivating those that are good, and valming the mind until complete and utter awakening is realised
And in the mean time… be aware that we ARE being controlled, but the best way to free ourselves isnt to fester on it, but to grow out of it ourselves
The door is right there, we hold the key… time to walk through it

I see image noise. Happens if there is not enough light and your digital camera cannot cope with it. As far as I know analogous cameras do not produce such pictures because they do not work with sensors that are restricted to pixels. A physicist or technician might be able to explain this.
Do we live in a simulation? Maybe. If we are incarnated souls you might as well call it a simulation. But in my opinion this is not the proof you are looking for.

No, we are not living in a matrix. A person can perceive we live in the matrix when they see something out of the ordinary. Simply put our intelligence falls below the spectrum of reality. Our perspectives are only limited to what we have seen in society. Some people might even consider a ufo stopping a bird in mid air as the matrix. It’s simply put that’s the span of our intelligence. What you might see could be demons. And they are strong satan is the second strongest living thing in the whole world. The deceiver. No matter how smart or how much tech you got he probably smarter and enough to deceive you. All that psychic stuff, satan is probably a million trillions times better lol. He can probably choke you to death remotely hahaha joking said. But just think about it carefully. I said it in the most logical aspect to what a person can think. Also, I could be wrong. No matter how right I am there is always a puzzle behind my belief that i am missing. So any further output on what i said would be highly encouraged. However, as of bnow this is what i think.
Forgot to mention if we were to die and live forever, our perspective changes. Therefore, after you die yes it may feel like we lived in a matrix one day. but we didn’t it was just us living in the spectrum of time which was existent in the past but not in the future.

well that depends on what you mean by matrix, we can consider matrix the set of beliefs and social conditioning that governs and limits people’s lives. Being a sheep in the flock that’s an interpretation of the matrix.
living in a virtual world while your physical body is being harvested in the real world is another interpretation although there isn’t much evidence to suggest that.
There is also another interpretation where your physical body is just your avatar that is controlled by your soul or higher being from another higher dimension, many people agree with this but proving it is not that easy but in my opinion it makes more sense than the previous idea. .
Finally, another perhaps more advanced interpretation that I have heard from some very wise people is that everything is energy and what shapes that energy so that we see it as the world, matter, the universe is the mind, our mind? or the collective mind? or the mind/consciousness of the universe that in the end is the same as ours mind but ours mind is individualized. I don’t know… but If that is the case then we live in a matrix created by ourselves.

Each of us makes our own calculations and project it outwards, the sum of those calculations and projections is this shared reality

Simulation 
A simulation requires a simulator, which is not part of the simulation. How can consciousness be outside of the simulation if is the only real thing?
Personally, I wouldn’t call reality a “simulation”, but a “dream” or “illusion”.
