Ok, I’ll be honest, and if this comes across as offensive, I’m sorry in advance.
I’ve actually heard a lot of conflicting things about Ascension. Some people believe the same as you guys about the benefits of it, while some others say that you can wind up very sick during the process.
There are also people that, in Ascension groups on places like Facebook that are downright, to put it mildly, creepy. They talk about stuff that, to my mind, is more an outlet for the insane and conspiracy theorists. Shit like the Great Reset, about how 5G harms people, about groups that sound like something out of a Sci-fi novel than reality, or stuff coming from the likes of QAnon, etc. What’s worse, they say that believing in all that stuff is normal during Ascension, and how people that don’t are doing spiritual bypass.
I need help separating truth from fiction on this. Just how much of Ascension is real, and how much of it is from minds that need professional help?
IMO there’s no “up” and “down” or “somewhere to go” those are misconceptions of spirituality, which are tons of them. That’s why there are tons of gurus telling you “how to live”.
I believe de-identification is the main process you’ve to go through to empty everything that consciousness attaches to and believes to be true or real and become part of the vacuum.
That includes detaching from “being an spiritual seeker” and tons of other identifications that come up when your ego starts to resonate with spirituality.
Many people that learn and talk about spirituality I think they’re in a lot of pain and suffering and seeking help, that’s why you may find a lot of people with obssesive ideas about authorities like “elite societies” or “hidden truths”.
Their relationship with past authorities were flawed and they got damaged by them, that’s where all the trust issues and paranoid thinking comes from.
While I agree with the rest of the reply, this part concerns me. On the surface, it makes sense, but I’m reminded of a saying: “Nature abhors a vacuum.”
The way to go is to start trusting the universe. Ascension is a natural process and consequence when you allow life to happen. Only the obstacles have to be removed meaning ignorance and untruth. People don’t want you to raise your vibration. A shepherd isn’t useful for the economy and society.

Life doesn’t make any sense. It’s a phenomena and you can’t grasp it with the mind. You will go crazy if you try to understand with the intellect and also very frustrated etc…
I would be mostly weary if the Ascention part. This seems like new age crap to me. Anything that makes an ego spiral out of control usually is. ‘My God! I have so much symptoms because I’m ascending. I wish there was a support forum!’
The Great Reset is part of the new green deal, where we stop using fossil fuels/nuclear plants/bad gass and rely on wind and sun, you get what happens when there is no wind and cloudy. This makes energy prices soar out of control and causes price increases all over the supply chain and feeds inflation. The economic forum think we need to get used to suffering, they’re psycopaths. Before socialism meant that poor families also would have a chance to drive to a soccer match, now it’s the people with money who should drive. The poor should stay at home, eat ze bugs and save climate. Canada is kind enough helping their sitizens with assisted suicide.There has been a little resarch done on 5G, I wouldn’t like to live with one on top of my building, not even close to my address.
Humans are great at thinking ‘concepts’. Our problem is that we cannot stop and relive our self of all our mental constructs. It is some kind of collective insanity. We live in our own mental construct, and you can always add something new, because there are indefinite constructs to choose from. Before there were mostly religion, but it seems new available constructs are adding by the hour.
I just see the economy is souring for me and everyone around me and I don’t know how to attribute that to anything else than energy politics.
Why should I trust 5G over 4G? My father has one 5 meters from his apartment and he developed rashes all over his body after the activation of 5G.
Am I allowed to use my own reasoning, or does that make me a conspiracy theorist?

Yeah, I can definitely see that. Apparently, there are some in this forum that could be seen as either struggling at a lower vibration or not wanting you to raise yours. I’m not going to name names, I’m not that way.
Speaking of raising vibrations, is that when your body starts physically vibrating, like after energetic singing, or am I mistaking it for something else?
All your bodies will start to vibrate higher. Energetic debris will come loose and will be released which will bring things up on different levels. You want to become like a tuning fork in complete harmony with the inner and outer universe.
