Asking for advice on my stack

The Abundance & Prosperity Tag is here.
So, let’s see. Thanks to @RazingTommy s advice I will focus more on my wellbeing with the fields.
This isn’t about the 4-fields-rule, I just want to be more gentle with my body and not overload it, and instead help it regenerate.
So these will be the audios I will use for now:

  • Weight Gainer
  • Unstoppable Will Power
  • Become Whole
  • Lucid Dreaming

That’s it. No other audios. The only other fields I use are Abundance Tag and Productivity Tag and from time to time Confidence Tag.

Less is more is the way for me to go.

Excellent idea, has a lot of similarities with conceptual thinking.
I also recommend you to try Elliot Hulse’s Trauma Release technique (video above) You can feel the effects instantly afterwards

Update:

I am gaining weight. Right now I gained about 5 pounds. Since I started listening I started too eat much more completely naturally. Might be placebo, but I don’t think so. The only way to tell is if it keeps going like this. I will definitely know when I gain 6 more pounds.
What I also noticed is that I look fuller, before I gain weight

Yes exactly so don’t focus on things that are negative like don’t focus on negative entity, trauma release, depression, self healing and self acceptance, subconscious limits dissolver etc… and focus on things like Confidence, unconditional love, attract love, attract wealth. Right?

Update:

I keep gaining weight and my appetite has increased a lot compared to before. People even commented on it.
I had not a single lucid dream since I am using the LD field, which is for about 2 weeks. I’ll continue using it, I am also using techniques, but what I don’t understand about the field is that when I used it the first time, I had a very vivid dream. Then I stopped for about a week or so. When I used it again, I had a very short, but nonetheless lucid dream the first or second night of usage. This was months ago.
When I use it now, nothing happens. My dreams are very colorless and lack vividness a lot.
It’s like I did nothing to improve their quality.
My suspiscion is that it is because of the other fields and stuff I am currently using, which cause my subconscious to need more time to process it.

Edit: Regarding Productivity Tag and Prosperity Tag.
Productivity Tag gives me a sense of not-wasting-time, which is rather subtle. But I get conscious of how I am procrastinating and when I wear it for longer periods it fills me with enough energy to do the tasks. Again, rather subtle but so far I finished every task when I wore it, I think.
Prosperity Tag… I haven’t earned a single penny yet, but I notice that I generate some really good ideas to earn money.

The problem is I can’t sleep to the sound. How do you do it?

I think it worked. I used an app but it was completely worthless since it didn’t let me do anything I couldn’t do by default. Anyway, since it was too loud even on the lowest level, I wrapped the phone in a sock, put it away, put something else in front of it, just to make it quieter.
I am not sure but I think I had a lucid dream, or at least a very vivid dream. I don’t remember anything though.
I have another version of this field which I quiet down using audacity and I will use it tonight to see if it works too (hopefully). So it really is true that it just works when you listen to it overnight

I did exactly that the whole time and it just didn’t work. It only works when I listen over night

Going back to Weight Gainer 4 days a week / 3 times each day again.
Thinking about boosting The Abundance Tag, but I’m not sure. I think I will not do it.
Have been outside today since weeks. I notice people are a lot more fun and social. Very beautiful to see

It is weird. It says I wrote the last post yesterday yet it feels like it’s been a while.
Anyway, no lucid dreams so far, I let it play all night and put it a bit away from me so I can sleep. It is still annoying as hell though.

I noticed something strange with Weight Gainer. Last week my progress went through the roof and I gained 4 pounds or more. Then suddenly it stopped and my progress seemed to reverse itself and now I am back at square one. I know this is just how things work, you gain weight, then it feels like you didn’t and then you gain weight again, so I am patient with it.
Just wanted to share this, in case someone is going through something similar

Hey, I have been using an app called Muzical, it let’s you start playing a playlist or a song at a time which you choose. For example I go to bed at midnight and I schedule a playlist to be played at 1 am when I am already asleep because I just can’t fall asleep with a field playing. You can make multiple copies of an audio and put it in a playlist (the app doesn’t allow you to play a song on repeat)

I tried it and every time I open it, the app crashes. My phone is pretty old though. I’ll try some similar apps. Thank you, I wasn’t aware of this option
