I actually function and think better during MercuryRX and just everything goes well for me.
Guess having this placement in my natal chart ha a lot to do with it 
But hey, dont be mad at me its still aprox 1/3 of the year 
So Im feeling the way You feel during RX for remaining 2/3

Hm I still donāt know this kind of stuff but I might look at it someday. As for now Iām going to blast that nullifying negative planetary effects

It might not be (just) Mercury but Void-of-Course Moon.
But Nullify should help with most of it.

I think there might be a misunderstanding somewhere, because Mercury isnāt retrograde now. It wonāt actually be retrograde until May 31st. Itās not even in the pre-Retrograde stage (by a generous definition).

In my country , people often use Horoscope to assume what will happen in their entire life and what they should do in each year. And i think Horoscope is related to Astrology. My question is, can i use Horoscope to recognize what are main experiences that my soul wanna have in this life?. And then i build a stack that help me fulfill my soul path. Through your sun sign by sign and house, north node by sign and house, checking for some steliums - many planets in a sign or house, ascendant/descendant axis and IC/MC axis you can have a glimpse of that.
But all in all, through a personal analysis to your chart-personality as a whole.
First of all astrology is a great tool, among others, for self knowledge. And, that can certainly be great thing to evolve to our best path.
With all that figured out, you can focus your playlist in the energies more important to you astrologically. But, adding first of all the sun and ascendant ruler is always a good idea.

Is it ascendant lord?
moon?

planet sitting in ascendant?
planet with the highest ShadBala?
is it personal AtmaKaraka?
I have stumbled upon different opinions and most od them had quite good understanding and justification behind them.
My personal pick would be higest Shad Bala or Ascendant Lord.

In my opinion itās the ascendant lord too.
Although Iāve observed that planets in exact conjunction with one angle - ascendant and MC mostly - get the spotlight as well in a chart.

yeah but what if the planet not being the ascendant lord have much more Shad Bala?
more Shad Bala means more impact right?
Im wondering about this because if we determine the order of importance of planets it could be easier to figure out the order of working with them.
IE I would start with the most important one, (having the biggest impact) then the second, third etc
Yeah we have wonderful fields but it could still be useful to āāmasteringāā one sphere after another

It is method used by some Vedic Astrologers used to calculate each planet āāPower Levelāā considering different aspects like degree, house placement, exaltation etc.
But then again even Vedic Astrologer aruge if planet with highest Shad Bala is more important or the ascendant lord or the moon etc

I guess it all comes down to each individual chartā¦ and the intuition of the astrologer analyzing, etc.
Sun and moon are important, no doubt. But even a moon in its fall position for instance gets a huge importance if conjunct the ascendant. The person might get cancer 
traits but with a twist that comes from the sign and possible other planets conjunctā¦
But surely a planet very well positioned by sign, house, degree, ie the best one or as you explained Shad Bala will have a big impact in a natives life. But it can happen in addition to others more pronouncedly or not.
That order you speak I agree, so I give first importance to ascendant ruler. Sun, moon and any given particular positions by planets I observe as important
