audios that could help with an irregular heartbeat, basically sudden jerks and palpitation. these seemingly come out of nowhere especially when lying down or trying to sit up or just about any other random time where the pulse quickens way too much without any stimulation physical or otherwise. the heart inflammation audio doesn’t really help very much. thanks ^^

Get a herb called ‘arjuna’ take it slowly. Will help :)
This. I would even plasma it if you don’t feel improvements.
(torsion x 3 > plasma light x 1 > heart inflammation x 3 > grounding (loops based on your personal feelings))
Plasma-ing it did help 50% of the palpitations when I had issues that time.

Whatever is bothering me I usually do two loops of a specific thing and then blueprint
If I feel like my hearts out of whack I do two heart inflammation, two heart restoration and then blueprint
Also if you haven’t gotten it checked out yet by a doctor I would if it’s a persistent thing
