Beginner brain stack

Hi lovely people,

Which fields would you recommend to a beginner for brain improvement?

I haven’t done any brain fields yet afaik, so I’m curious where i should begin.

Goals are to be more focused, sharper mind when needed, memory improvement, sth like this

You’re welcome - there are a lot of brain stack related topics already, i know it can be overwhelming at first… you can start your basic one based on what i linked and then start reading through the topics and you’ll be able enhance it bit by bit.

You may want to scour through that thread and learn from other people’s experiences. The aforementioned three step procedure linked above with the creation of a brain stack seems to be ideal in my opinion. The gist of it being 1 → Priming the brain | 2 → Getting the “brain pump” | 3-> Work.
