Belly fat, insulin resistance,cortisol?

Hey friends,

This is a sequel to my previous post about reversing insulin resistance when you don’t have diabetes.

Can anyone recommend a very short stack? 3 audios tops to tackle all 3 issues?

I was thinking pancreas regen, fat to stem cell, belly burn? Or maybe throw in mitochondria protector blend?

Thank you💗

Hi there,

I do not have diabetes, but over the past few years I have definitely noticed symptoms of insulin resistance. I gained a bit of weight (especially around my belly/thighs) and I could not lose it. I would also get very tired after eating.

This past summer I experimented with a stack that began with Mots-C, Glycolysis, and Plasma Charged Mitochondria in the morning. I would listen to each 2X as I would go for my morning walk. I had Muscle Hungry for Fat followed by the automated workout audios afterwards and I would walk about an hour a day early in the morning. I listened to this stack Monday through Friday for about 2 months.

I didn’t change my diet much, and I started dropping weight like crazy. For the first time in years my stomach was flat. I think these fields combined with consistent steady state cardio improved my digestion, insulin, and metabolism. Good luck! I hope you find something that helps you :+1::blush:

Love it! Have you maintained your results?🫶🏼👏🏼

So each track twice only once in the morning? I like to sort of keep it short as well.

And then muscles hungry for fat and automated workout also twice each? And thats it for the rest of the day?

I will definitely try it our for a week.
I already eat clean but cant exercise too much.

Thank u!!!

Yes, you are correct. Just twice a day for each track. I’m not sure if it HAS to be in the morning, I just liked to do it that way because it seemed to energize me and I figured why not start my day off strong. I would do this in a fasted state too, but I’m not sure if this matters. It was just easier for me to wake up, get outside and walk, and then eat when I got home.

My results have mostly maintained, even though I took a break from the stack to focus on spiritual issues and have been indulging a bit due to birthdays and holidays :see_no_evil: But I do know the stack was an integral part in my results because I notice such an immediate and huge shift when I use it. I am female in my mid 30s.

I would use the Muscles Hungry for Fat and whatever workouts I wanted to 2x, sometimes 3 if I had extra time.

I think you are on the right track if you are eating healthy  I will admit I took advantage of my new metabolism after years of trying to lose weight and ate more than I had been. I probably would have lost too much weight if I went to the gym and was dieting lol. That is how crazy the results were. Everyone kept asking how I was getting so skinny and I was just like :woman_shrugging: I just ate a whole pizza and lost 3 pounds. I honestly just lurked in all the bodybuilding and weight loss threads and took notes and experimented until I found something that worked for me.

I wish you success

I’m a female in my mid thirties too!! I was always thin and fit and working out until 2021 when I got covid and the jab and it changed my life. Not being able to exercise, move much and dealing with so many symptoms and depression really did a number on my metabolism.

I started to think that maybe this is what happens to your body in your 30’s?! But I refuse to believe that because life doesn’t end at 30 so why should our hormones or metabolism suffer? Look how many hot fit older people are walking around us! It’s really just eating clean 80%, exercising if you can and just finding some joy every day.

I’m excited about this stack. Listening to glycolisis now🩵🩵🩵

I agree about the COVID stuff…my circulation and energy levels were severely impacted, and I started getting sick constantly after getting vaccinated. But thanks to fields and healing, I feel better in my 30s than I did in my 20s!

I believe that self love and trauma release fields also helped my body/self image issues and some weight can be insulation from pain. Your body is just trying to protect you, and when it feels safe it will release your “armor”. When I stopped getting mad at my body for not looking the way I wanted it to, and just said “thank you for always working to keep me going even when I treated you like crap” I learned to appreciate my body and be grateful I have an amazing body. That was a heavy weight lifted and I regularly send gratitude to my body. We are cool now :sunglasses: thanks to realizing the importance of self love. The JAAJ stack is legendary for a reason.

I never saw physical results from fields until I combined the emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical :100:

What do you want to get out of mots-c or what are your goals?

It’s amazing for me. But then, it depends on what issues people have. But it is the most comprehensive free one for mitochondria and cell health so probably, the most effective for the most people too.

I was asking for mom. I made her listen to “Enhanced Fat Metabolism” and “Thermogenic Weight Loss” for like 2 weeks because I see drastic results with those even if I eat for 3 people, but she didn’t see any change. I mean, she does eat less but that’s all… She doesn’t seem to lose weight, though. Thought maybe there are some other factors and I should update her stack…

MOTS-c may help with:

Metabolic health: MOTS-c can help the body use glucose and fat for energy, which can improve metabolic health.

Physical performance: MOTS-c can improve physical performance, such as running capacity and power output.

Aging: MOTS-c may help reverse the gradual loss of metabolic balance that occurs with aging.

Diabetes: MOTS-c may help prevent diet-induced and T-cell-induced diabetes.

Inflammation: MOTS-c may have anti-inflammatory effects
