But there are fields that help build muscle available for purchase
What I can do for you is:
Write what I personally would do if I was solely focused on bodybuilding and only have the free fields available today as well as all the fields on the teespring and gumroad market today

I say this because, there would be things I listen to first thing in the morning
Things I listen to after working out, after eating, etc
Everything hand in hand, each step of the way
