Big results - 2 years of using (Brain Stack)

That’s what I like to hear :champagne:

I always loved that field, sure, add it. I used to mention it in the part 3, it’s still a wiring field :+1:

Where you want… I mean, is one affecting the other ?
I never used the outlook retrained and only used semax once. I didn’t research much beyond 1-2 articles and I didn’t experience it. But I don’t see why it would matter.

How is it a problem ?
I don’t know, I’ve used all of them in all the way imaginable, I don’t see why putting the brain in one mode than another would cause “damage”. It’s just changing the neural oscillation of the brain, these are natural states and your brain switch back and forth all the time in very short periods of time throughout the day, not just when you’re awake or asleep.

You should definitely avoid driving if it makes you sleepy

Glad you like the stack though. I improved it as much as when I introduced the pump, might upload it some time

Yes, man. The stack is awesome. I’m getting the results of weeks in just a few days. And the continuous upgrade of results is not unnoticeable.

I’m just thinking whether it will be too much to add all the 3 fields from Cerebrum album.

Outlook Retrainer is the mini and beta version of New Perspective. It really helped me when a kind soul suggested me to use it after PTSD while I was dealing with some issues in my life.

And semax is like free nootropics for the brain. Especially, really great when we going to rep max and pushing the limits.

Thanks for clearing it up about the brainwaves. But the sleepines I felt, I thought is because I’m also listening to Epsilon.

Thanks, @DR_MANHATTAN. Always have been appreciative of your help and suggestions!

Try and see, I guarantee that your brain can tolerate much more than when you started. You’ve already pushed the machine and developed your muscle, you’re not a beginer anymore

Yeah, I was going to post it sooner. But there is a part of it I don’t feel comfortable sharing, the rest I’ll have to simplify over and over to make it worthwhile for more than 1 brainiac.

You should have it by tonight, but I’m saying it right now, it’s going to be too long or too uncomfortable for most people either way

I’ll make it quick.

Head

Sleep:
Superhuman genius

Wake up:
1:
Acetylcholine 3-4 times

2:
Alchemical 1h+
M-state gold and silver 30 min
Alchemical 2x
(or alternate these two with a 3:1 ratio until you get a first level brain pump)

Fission/Hydrogen while drinking plenty of water 1h+ (or until you get the next level pump).
Nitric oxide 3x
Superhuman genius 1-2x

3: work on what you want to improve
Brain growth or Induce creativity or Visual processing or Synesthesia or Conceptual realization or…

Depending on how patient you have been with part 1 & 2 the pump might last a while, but after 1h it will lose it’s steam. Repeat, Alchemical, M-state, nitric oxide, superhuman, fission (in that order) when you’re back, work on what you want like before with 3.

After the second cycle, drop some acetylcholine too, if you do it regularly, you won’t need to listen to the whole audio.

Repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat.

At the end of the day or later if you keep repeating over 24h, use Plasma brain of youth up to 1h (or more if over 24h, basically until you’re back to normal).

Tail
You might have used the formula above for a day or more. It’s time to switch to the second part with all the fields that don’t require a pump.

BDNF, ENPP6 etc…

Sleep: BDNF or else.
Day: Glial cells, genes and growth factors basically.
Still using nitric oxide from time to time to push everything where it should be.

I didn’t mention all the fields I’ve used but essentially, they either go in the pump or they can go latter. If they don’t benefit to or from the pump, it’s best to save them for another day to maximize your return on the pump which is painstaking to build.

It might take a while to get used to sleeping with these fields. Get yourself some Jing.

THIS is a template, you can customize it, make it more intensive or add other fields, but the logic stays the same.

Too much acetylcholine and too much Omega 3 have the same symptom, so if it manifests make sure you know which is causing… the loose bowels.

Edit: @marauder forgot to tag you bro

Yay!:brain::brain::handshake:

That’s what I needed. Some new challenges!

The pump grows in the beginning but you feel it less day by day. Brain and Spine Antioxidant helps to stimulate the pump and also provides hydrogen. Have you tried it?

I haven’t.

There’s a good chance you’re getting sleazy and underestimating how much time it took you to build the pump the first time.
Or you’re tolerating more.

In both cases, raise the stakes (or should I say the “stacks” mwahahahaha :unamused: )

This!:point_up_2:

Where’s the time for regeneration? Is it gonna fully depend on Enpp6 enzyme?

Hmmm… You’re assuming something here

There is plasma brain of youth and even after your first day (s), you’ll have a pretty chill moment with BDNF and the rest.

I guess you can call them day-off

I don’t think this audio will help reach your goal.

As far as brain stack goes, one of the problems I have is focus and concentration while learning new skills for endless hours a day. I feel like im adhd at times when I cant stay focused on a boring topic. I know theres a free field for concentration and focus but I was wondering what premium fields would help with this aspect?

Maybe Brain Growth Work, but have you tried Theanine?

I would recommend the Ojas, unstoppable willpower and gamma brainwave.
Even a little dopamine-serotonin.

How could I forget visual introspection/ microdosing :pensive:

Try it if you can, you won’t regret. Truly awesome.

Child wonder too, it’s free.
