Dang, teespring might be a problem in the future.

I guess we can have 2 names for each audio? One “acceptable” to teespring and another with it’s real name on the forum.

I’ve also heard it wrecks havoc on the nervous system, along with turmeric.

As I drink coffee while I type this…which also is another culprit unfortunately.

Don’t leave out fats. Nourishing fats like saturated fats from egg yolks, grass fed butter, high quality fish oils…etc.
