I’ve been focusing more on various health fields lately. I’ve been focusing on the arteries, intestine and various organs. Now I see every health field as a brain field.
I had a very vivid and realistic dream. I’ve never had a dream where my surroundings looked that detailed. In the dream I went looking for a gym and then I saw my old math teacher who acted like a parody of Tyson Fury. This might be the most vivid dream I’ve ever had. I was fried yesterday, but I just woke up very refreshed and clearheaded.
Usually it takes me a while to really wake up. I got alert within a few minutes. Usually I have to be on a nofap streak to have dreams close to being this vivid and they never are this vivid as they were last night.
I keep having more vivid dreams with more stuff in it. Last night I had a dream with hundreds of animals like lions and bears, even polar bears and brown bears. Before, my dreams where limited in how many things where in them. It was usually just a couple of items or a few people, but now there is loads of stuff in them. I’m not practicing making my dreams more vivid either. Dreams are often a sign of increased dopamine levels, but not always. I am also remembering my dreams more frequently.
This is an interesting progression.
My mother had a very vivid dream that I was in close proximity and trapped with a bear. It was similar to the dreams with bears I’ve had. What makes this so interesting isn’t that we coincidentally had a similar dream about bears, but that she also had a really vivid dream. She said she hasn’t had a dream in a long time.
I think it is the fields that has taken an effect on here. She must have gotten a second-hand effect on the fields since she also listened to it when I put on speakers. Something I’ve noticed is that my mother never talks with a silly baby voice anymore. She used to do that before listening to fields. I never talk to my mother since she is a pain to deal with so I haven’t gotten a chance to see much results with her. I am glad she notices results. She is also in her 60’s so it is important for her to get results.
This is yet another interesting progression.
I made my dad work with Conceptual Conglomerate and he told me he is having a ton of different dreams like never before in his life.
Plus he has been so productive and very rational in his way of working trough some of his projects
i started using MM recently and i’m already noticing some improvements (i can remember a lot of drugs’ names and i understand the topics that i have to study in a better way).
my idea now is to loop MM X3, Proactive X3 and Stress & anxiety X3 while i’m studying, so all morning and afternoon. during lunch, dinner i will loop the autism field. maybe after dinner i will loop gentle brain regeneration or alchemical genius or brain refresher idk and during the night i have a brain playlist. is it too much? from what i understand the really important part is to use the autism field (i don’t have money for plasma brain or other fields at the moment so i have the fields from patreon) in order to protect the brain from being fried (and in general i like the idea of cutting the overgrown parts that i don’t need i feel my brain like a fucking bonsai and i really like bonsai yey ahhahah)
That’s good, increase gradually your listening time and if you a real brainiac, loop MM the whole time you study and even more . If you want even more and quicker brain growth, before your stack try using a/some boosters (superhuman genius works well for the free ones) . And after your stack, the autism field is good, as you said. Also one thing that isn’t told a lot here since it’s mainly a brain channel, try to work on your energy centers, your vibration, your traumas and self love : that will also help you getting better results while increasing your wellbeing and mental health.
I listen to energy blockage removal while I sleep with other fields for mindset. I will try to put superhuman genius before MM. I’d like to listen to proactive brain and stress in loop with MM to improve my productivity and then I will concentrate especially on MM
people who have most of the brain fields, how do u handle playing them all?
do u play them each twice in a playlist or loop 1 for a few weeks until your satisfieid and move on to the next? or something completly different ??

Lately I run Opus, Brain Game and White Matter the whole way through while I run a wiring playlist (about 30 minutes each — lessened since I started adding in Opus which seems to speed it all up):

Some people like to do cycles, to have momentum with a field. Some play 3-4 fields at once to use them all everyday. It depends on what u need and what u want.

I’d like to try maybe 30 minutes of superhuman genius while playing Manhattan method in another device. Maybe it’s too much? After that I’d play on loop a playlist with Alzheimer’s and autism field for at least 1/2 hours
It depends on you and your brain, try it and see how it goes. Some people loop it more than this so you should be good, just know that u can potentially fry your brain
After that it was strange. While I was reading I had difficulties. I slept with autism on loop. Today I woke up with a fresh brain and I don’t have problems. I think it’s like gym. You can push but then you have to cure your muscles so I have to put the autism field on loop.
At the moment being I think that the most efficient thing to do is invest the next 100 hours in listening and boosting ProActiveBrain.
After 150 hours of MM and 275 of Conceptual Conglomerate there is a net difference in me, but I’m not harnessing the gained brain power at the maximum, rather, I became a little bit more relaxed as if, whatever, even if I don’t work hard I can still carry on the work, which is a pity to be honest as I could produce 5x more and better than now if I put the effort in ahah.
It’s good that you recognize the trap, all the brainiacs will be faced with the same problem and potentially waste their new found intelligence
