Since I received some of my account back (Thank you Sammy) I just wanted to give a few tips in light of brainmania.
Based on some of the dmās Iāve been receiving, maybe people want to understand how to prioritize certain skillsets. So hereās a simple way:
First understand, and then work on your weaknesses.
Is it language processing, semantic fluency or memory, and speech production language? Key to babel, drops of memory, even mathematical madness for speech production. Etc.
Is it manipulating information once youāve gathered it? Manhattan method, wholistic thinking, drops of memory, conceptual conglomerate. Etc.
Is it encoding information and processing it thoroughly? Drops of memory, Manhattan Method, Cyber brain, speed reading.
Is it focus and lack of mental organization? Mathematical madness, manhattan method, drops of memory, proactive brain, etc.
There are many more categories but the goal is to first raise your IQ, and then make weaknesses your strengths.
Like if someone struggles with abstract thinking I would prioritize manhattan method and wholistic thinking for a month to 3 months (depending on how hard youāre grinding.)
Maybe ABP and BG until you can pinpoint your weaknesses as well. Low dopamine can ruin all the IQ functions so making sure thereās more then enough would be a good first start.
Then you can break down which abilities you struggle with. Becauee if you canāt perform a lot of abilities fast, you may miss out on the totality of your intellect.
For instance, if you canāt encode information fast, your working memory suffers, therefore your abstract and complex thinking suffer in the process.
If you lack conceptual thinking skills then your manhattan method mental operations will be less efficient than if you had conglomerate.
Manhattan method : Helps to represent concepts in your mind, and improves many abilities such as working memory and spatial reasoning.
Conceptual conglomerate : Helps you to process, blend, manipulate, and understand concepts through circuitry at rapid speed, freeing up your working memory. Also assisting with the understanding of meaning behind the words.
Key to Babel: Helps you encode language and manipulate it with ease, including sounds, meanings, tones, pitch and more, freeing up your working memory. Etc.
Drops of memory : Helps to encode concepts and elongate your working memory for enhanced analyzation. Allows you to recall and learn words faster. Etc.
Thatās just one skill. But imagine having a larger working memory because you have key to babel circuitry that automatically processes language unconsciously so you donāt have to give much conscious effort for it.
This leads to working memory boosts, but it also leads to more spatial reasoning because youād need less conscious effort to process the other things, which then allows you to focus on seeing the concept. Which then leads to higher level reasoning, which means stronger realizations.
Just another example of 4 fields combining to form a much more efficient path for understanding speech. Now imagine the other combinations one could come up with.
(I wrote this in a very simple way, should be easy to understand.)
There are so many more skills in the fields listed so what I would do is:
Google the meaning or chatgpt what each field does.
Look at brain regions, characteristics, and neural circuitry online.
Read entire threads to understand some of the patterns in results many members share.
See how to build a field stack dedicated to your specific goals for specific mental abilties.
Then you move on after your weakness is no longer a weakness and you just keep growing daily. Then you work on the strengths that became weaknesses lol.
Itās a loop until youāre satisfied with mental performance.
Just learn and grow.
