Whatā€™s the acquired benefits of it? Iā€™m curious as this is the first time hearing about it in a stack if I can remember correctly.

Been lurking the brain topics and Iā€™ve just started on this journey now. I have a playlist right now based on what Iā€™ve seen but I plan on buying paid audios in the future but right now Iā€™m sticking to free and patreon audios :slight_smile:
Hereā€™s what I have so far (I tend to listen to these in sets of 2 w/ 2 devices):
Acetylcholine (30 min)
Superhuman genius (30 min)
BDNF (30 min)
TCDS & NGF (30 min)

Permanent Brain Enhancement (1 hour)
Enhanced Brain Hemisphere Connectivity (1 hour)

I repeat that throughout the day

ENPP6 (3x), Brain Regen (30 min), and Autism (30 min) at the end of the day
I plan to buy Manhattan Method first when I am able to

Nah I know he will heā€™s just focusing on what the people asked for first, it might come next year in prob assuming

But once that field drops, it will be ggs/ life is unlocked.

We have the tools but still gotta work on procastination.

Iā€™ve tried a lot of the procastination and willpower fields even flight to fight but my results hella inconsistent.
It might be because lack of energy which Iā€™m trying to figure out.

How long do you recommend to loop it every 3 months for example and what would the benefits of doing it be? Thanks!

Varies on the person. I usually study when its 1 or 2 brain fields looping. Sometimes after so I can enjoy the silence and the information presented before me.

I just wanted to point this out.

For all major Brainiacs here, putting in tons of hours. Having tons of energy inside of your head. Feeling fried, and all.

Itā€™s not just you. Some of us are restless, our brains are not clear. Information processing is difficult in public. Some of us are having headaches, some of us are questioning ourselves, questioning results, etc.

This is the path of brainmania. The true INSANIACS will go through this phase. Itā€™s very quiet, everyone isnā€™t posting as much. Less results are coming out in the threads, etc.

This is because, our brains are literally growing at astronomical rates with barely any rest. Weā€™re exciting our neurons, our synapses, creating more of both, and many more things are continuing to be grown, developed, and restructured.

Please consider, if you need to, taking a break. Your brain is fried, my brain is fried. When I first started ā€œbig loopingā€ and everyone else was telling me ā€œitā€™s too much, your brain will be fried, thereā€™s too much energy in your head, etc.ā€ I had to take a leap of faith and start mass looping. I used to listen to pboy for 2-4 hours a day and others to calm the brain, cut the axon overgrowth, lower the brain inflammation, etc.

My brain was insanely fried during those times still. I went to college and was getting easy A+ in my classes, but I was getting 4-6 hours of sleep only during those times. Even with pboy, smart stem cells (before flaunt) and the sleeping fields, etc.

That version of ā€œmass loopingā€ is a shell of what weā€™re doing now. It was 10-16 hours of brain fields yes, but they were played at ā€œonceā€. I didnā€™t dual, quintuple, whatever. It was one device, switch brain fields, next device, etc. Yet my brain was still tremendously fried. I had sleep issues because of it and all.

Basically we are reaching a different state, in which peopleā€™s brains are significantly fried at unprecedented levels. Never seen before levels of fried brains honestly. I wonā€™t share, but Iā€™ve done some insaaaane sessions, and it has been taking a toll on me even. Because weā€™re all new to this much energy being placed inside of our brains, on a continuum.

If anyone is feeling messed up, like truly fried mentally. Feeling like your brain isnā€™t working properly, like you canā€™t sleep, like you canā€™t function. Like your information encoding and retrieval is suffering significantly. Like you arenā€™t seeing results because your brain is too fried to even represent concepts in your mind. (For example some of us have played 500 hours of the Manhattan method yet canā€™t use our spatial reasoning to itā€™s maximum capacity because our minds are so fried.)

Then please, take a break lol. Itā€™s okay to take a week or two, or even three+, if need be. Donā€™t be concerned with ā€œlosing progressā€ or ā€œlosing a raceā€ lmao the race is not a literal badge of honor, we are doing friendly banter and encouraging other Brainiacā€™s to grind together, but at the end of the day, play ego diss one time and none of it matters. Prioritize your health, please lol.

Take breaks. Rest your brain. Touch your forehead, if you play pboy for 10 hours and your brain still feels hot like mine, play grounding field. Preserve your mental health. Health is wealth.

You are still making gains faster than the world around you, you have the best tools to become intelligent at any time. Your fields are yours, they arenā€™t going anywhere. That 1-5 IQ points youā€™re about to gain can be gained the following week lol. Take the necessary precautions. Let your brain heal so it can come back stronger, much stronger. Some of you may even notice ā€œresultsā€ unlocking themselves once you heal.

This is a marathon, not a sprint. :checkered_flag:

To be fried in your brain. To have tons of energy in your brain. To need rest days.

Itā€™s all normal.

You wouldnā€™t hop in the boxing ring without running yourself to the ground every day throwing hundreds of punches, tiring your arms out, etc.

This is normal. But rest is normal as well, and I think itā€™s something most people arenā€™t taking into account.

This is the brain journey though guys. The hardcore grinders will experience these things, they simply need to learn and remember how to weather the storm, how to heal and recover.

Even if youā€™re resting youā€™re still grinding.

Yup, itā€™s normal.

If you go hardcore everyday, it will divert some nutrient, energy and resources toward the growth.

You may operate at less capacity while you grow, but you are growing and then youā€™ll be much smarter even accounting for the tiredness and frying.

Thatā€™s exactly what I experienced as well. Getting the highest grades Iā€™ve ever had at the highest level of education that Iā€™ve been exposed to, while also getting the lowest levels of sleep Iā€™ve ever had LOL.

Some days I even chose to stay up a bit to wire because I knew I wasnā€™t falling asleep that night. I donā€™t regret it at all becauseā€¦ I succeeded.

Sleep the right amount, long term youā€™ll just mess your sleep pattern, get exhausted faster and itā€™s not very marathon-like. Itā€™s a short term ā€œhackā€.

Itā€™s important to understand what a marathon is.

In the middle of a marathon, itā€™s all mental, it feels hopeless, exhausting, not worth it, your body and mind are slowing down all the bad stuff hidden in your mind are popping up.

Itā€™s a mental fight. In the middle of a marathon, you arenā€™t in your best shape, you arenā€™t fresh. You donā€™t run as well as in the beginning. Thatā€™s the whole point. Pushing through.

Thatā€™s when you regret and hate that you signed up but still keep running. No one is forcing you, but thatā€™s the point.

Not all of you are going full marathon, but those who pushes multiple devices everyday all day, theyā€™re probably feeling it.

Despite not having overgrowth, overstimulation and other side effects.

When I said itā€™s gonna be a marathon if you guys keep going, I meant it :joy:

I think itā€™s worth it, itā€™s not a whole life thing, itā€™s a phase with big rewards at the end of it.

But after a year or so of marathon it becomes the new normal, you get to the David Goggins level.
Then it will feel so satisfying.

Iā€™ll take another break then it seems. Even though i was only playing MM for only like 1 hour with boosters and taking occasional daily breaks from it.

I sleep plenty and get alot of nutrients as well
