I was listening to this album and it sounded much more badass than the last time I listened to it. I’ve noticed my overall musical appreciation has gotten up. It might the be enhanced dopamine sensitivity. This sounds more the way it is supposed to. Loud, aggressive. I am also listening to this band called knower and it sounds better. I enjoy the sound of the song and the musical instruments more.

I woke up noticeably more clearheaded and alert today. I told myself I would give quadible integrity’s nzt, boost astrocytes and the left brain/right brain hemisphere synchronization another shot. I wonder how those would work in synergy with Sapien Medicine newest fields.

I know the superman jab now. It was a technique popularized by the mma fighter called George St Pierre. The last time I tried it I just couldn’t do it, but now I’m able to pull it off. I haven’t practiced it at all. The only explanation is that the brainfield made me do it. I want to try it in sparring soon. The last time I didn’t even come close to doing it and now it’s quick and I could cover a lot of distance quickly.

This is uncharacteristic of me. When did I learn the superman jab. I haven’t even put in any effort into it. I can even feel the power behind it.

They all work very well, depend on your addiction, in a few days you’ll feel the differences but you needs many months to fully recover

I did a verbal memory test just now. I haven’t done it in some months. It went from 60 to 90. It might mean my memory has improved. It’s either that or I am just better at the test, but I haven’t practiced it since the last time.

I guess I might have improved. Last time I took the test was more than 2 months ago and I had better scores today.

I was disappointed in my number memory. I got the same as my high score. Just 10 digits. I only had a few seconds to remember those digits. I guess last time it took me a while to remember 10 digits. I had to use many tries, but now I didn’t have to use as many tries. A slight improvement in visual memory. No improvements in sequency memory test. An improvement in the chimp test. My typing seems to have gotten a little better. The most noticeable improvement was the improvement on the verbal memory score. I guess it’s also late when I took the test. 02:29 here. I’m also fried. I should try again in a month and give myself the benefit of the doubt.

I guess it might be easier to be good at certain things than others. I also stopped momentarily forgetting words in English which also tends to make sense with the new verbal memory score. I did use a lot of tries the last time I got these high scores like the numbers test and the sequence test, but now I only tried a few times so it makes sense that I haven’t scored that much higher. Memory is also just one part of cognition and I might have some other improvements. I guess it is possible that I just got good at the test since I did it before, but that was more than 2 months ago and I haven’t done it since so I shouldn’t have progressed since then.

How do people keep sane with brain key, every time I use it it doesn’t let me sleep past 4 hours

After a few days you’ll be tired and sleep despite the stimulation.

Keep it all day with synapses and the others and you’ll daydream about sleeping, like a guilty pleasure.

It’s like drinking liters of coffee everyday, it becomes natural, your body adapts.

I’m not saying it’s comfortable, I’m saying that the growth is worth it.

Same with the hyper-excitability and crankiness, it goes away.

That was me with the grades lol.

I literally would get 3 hours of sleep everyday and then go teach class. Overtime the lack sleep becomes less overbearing.

The secret is letting the wiring outrun the sleep :rofl:.

Or just playing less brain key.

But after like 2-3 months of mass looping brain key does not ruin sleep at all bro.

Like I have slept with brain key and just woke up a little foggy.

I play brain key like 12 hours straight no PBoY, and still sleep good nowadays.

It’s a phase I promise.
