I don’t know why but for the past 4 days when I sleep, I can’t go to sleep longer then 2/3 hours. No matter how tired I am and it will be really hard going back to sleep
Sometimes I will worry about somthing and it will keep me up and it would stop me sleeping the second time. The worry went past two days but sleep can’t sleep longer then 2 hours.
Life has been so shit recently been so busy with so many things. I need the energy the most. I will get tried around 8 for some reasons and legit fall asleep sometimes while looking at my phone. But then for only sleep for 3 hours or 2 and wake up really tried.
