Same here, chronic fatigue after covid. What I did was go to an endocrinologist, he prescribed me some supplements that helped me a lot.

The most important perhaps was Maca root, apparently the fatigue was due to some dysfunction of the adrenal glands or lack of nutrients that the endocrine system needs, maca provides everything you need to balance hormones, but the results are not so quick, you start to notice the improvement after 10 days, At least in my case, once you’ve achieved the maintenance dose, I started with doses from 2 grams up to 5 grams in powder more or less.

Also another supplement called Max Atp, is a blend of natural energizers and antioxidants, such as ginseng, rhodiola rosea, gren tea, CQ10, D-ribose, and other minerals and vitamins. Amazon link

And finally a vitamin b12 supplement because my levels were low, you should get tested to find out if you also need a supplement. if you have fatigue, b12 helps you have more energy nsturally and sleep better B12 supplement I have used this brand. B12 even helped me with mental fatigue, I couldn’t even play video games before, my mind felt tired after about 30 minutes, thanks to this I feel that everything is normal, b12 also helps some neurotransmitter balance.

That’s what I’ve used, don’t drink maca for too long, 5 days a week and rest on weekends, so it works better. Max ATP can be taken every day until you feel like you don’t need it anymore, and B12 can also be taken daily unless you notice any unwanted effects.

My energy levels are not as high as they were before I had covid 2 o 3 years ago but almost, before these supplements, I would wake up and the energy only lasts me until noon, after that I just wanted to be lying down, but now I’m almost normal, I’m not better maybe because of my job, waking up early, Daily stress, the average adult routine lol

Hey! Thank you for the amazing insights!

My B12 levels are 742 so pretty high but I will definitely look into Maca root.

Are you completely back to normal now? Do you work out?

Try tonic no 31, negentropic pulser and stellate Ganglion blockade. Just posted a study on SGB and long COVID.

A short time of the DHEA video also seems to help.

Where did you post that, please?

Why the pulser?

Thank you.

There’s a thread dedicated to the SGB.

I just noticed that my symptoms almost completely go away when I use the pulser.

May I ask what your symptoms are/were?

Mostly low energy and breathing difficulties

Are you fully recovered now?

I have been listening to it for years. It probably helps to a certain extent…idk

Depends on how you define it . Why ?
