Chakra Fields Gumroad - Should I listen to them individually or not

Hey,

Just looking for some advice please on the best way to listen to the 4 x Chakra fields from Gumroad.

Is it best to listen to them in order from the root to the crown?
Also should I use one field per day for say a week from this collection or is it better to listen to them all one after the other every day?

you should listent to all of them in one day, one or two loops each and before each chakra you should play the audio energy blockage removal for one loop. that is when you do only chakras for the timebeing. if you do other stuff and chakras then is different…

You can listen to the Chakra audios in a loop for a Spiritual tuneup.

• At the beginning, start with Root - go all the way to Crown and then come back all the way to the Root. You can do a few rounds of this, but always end with the Root.
• If you are accustomed to Chakra work, then you can end your loops with the Crown.
• If you need to deal with a specific physical issue, or an emotion, you can listen to that particular Chakra audio a few times, but it is always good to end your practice in a full loop (if possible).

If you react strongly to fields you could start with just the first field and go from there. Everyone is different.
