For now I used Paypal for Patreon subscription, although any provider would be good for me.
I’m sure that everything will be resolved, somehow, although it is a temporary loss for the Captain and for the community, I just hope that all the audios that have been deleted will be available again for purchase or through subscription or something.

The more freedom one gives up for so called safety, the less safe one actually is, imo. There will be some tough choices ahead folks. I’m on the verge of getting rid of PayPal from my life and cancelling Netflix. All social media (except this forum) and Amazon are already long gone from my world. Now, if I could figure out a way to live without my bank account…

I will say this, if this is what I think it is (United States digital currency?) There is already chat of programming centralised digital currency so that only certain things can be bought with it, sensible safe things (sensible and safe according to who though?) And only if one behaves in the way deemed appropriate by big gov. Discernment from within is going to be the big thing in the coming years. So it may end up completely useless for the purposes discussed in this post in the future, near or far. My gut says near though. Fingers crossed I’m wrong.

The idea behind this coin is to allow folks interested in the crypto market to keep their value the same. So for every 1 USDC, there is 1 USD (or so they say…) Issue with them is that they are centralized (the problem of the decay )

There are other alternatives out there but risk the problem of focused attacks like that of UST (algorithmic stablecoin)

CBDC is what you want to stay away, defeats the ENTIRE purpose of crypto currencies so stay strong as they will try and impose it…

Thank you so very much for taking the time to explain that to me so eloquently and precisely. I like silver, I am not attracted to cryptocurrency, though if and when it starts to feel like I should be from the inside out I will certainly take the time to fully investigate them.

I know very well what I DONT want regards them, that’s for sure, and it’s what you said above. They (whoever the fuck “they” actually is, too many divergent opinions on that for me to attempt to make a guess, and though the usual players spring to mind, I have a deep sense they are patsies and the actual they we have never heard of nor seen on the main stage) seem to like to follow the tide and the try to divert it for their own ends. As they have done with crypto currency. Try to put everyone off it and when that doesn’t work take it and butcher the meaning and intention behind it.

Bottom line is our dear friend Dream and others using alternatives to the mainstream medical model of healing (which is a baby compared to other modalities) are being targeted not only by scammers but by those seeking to remove our freedoms completely. It’s funny to me when they say “there is no evidence to support this or that method”, well, you can’t have any evidence on something that you refuse to study. But with that sort of language many will assume it HAS been studied and found to be deficient. Blech.
