Could use some help with health stack

Hello, could somebody please help me with my stacks? Do I have too many audio’s?

Unfortunately I suffer from quite a few health issues caused by dysautonomia. I have Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder ( supected hEDS) which was always painful but still somewhat manageable. Things really spiralled out of control after a blow to the head a half year ago when I hurt my neck. Since then I got dysautonomia, the things that affect me most that are caused by the dysautonomia are gastroparesis and POTS. Essentially dysautonomia is a poorly functioning vagus nerve but my POTS is related to connective tissue disorder and hyperadrenegetic as well so I included the adrenal fields and the ehlers danlos field.

There are weeks my stomach and intestines has such poor motility I can only eat fluids, because of the bad connective tissue I also have a hiatal hernia, IBS and had an ulcer ( but cured the ulcer by listening to sapien) . I was bedridden for a few months and am slowly improving, can do about 10 minute walks now. Since there arent any fields for dysautonomia in particular I’ve been listening to the following stacks. I made different playlists for the diverse systems. Is there a way to shorten my stack? I feel a bit overwhelmed by all the options. Thank you so much for any help!

If you aren’t sure what your capacity is, I’d recommend starting small and adding as you are sure you can tolerate your playlist well. Because the last thing you want is overwhelming your nervous system and making things more difficult initially :heart:

If I were to do it all over again, I would start with just a few audios that help with pain and that soothe the nervous system (because stress on the latter is often what causes illness and the pain further stresses the nervous system so it’s a negative feedback loop). Audios like those may also help digestion, in my experience digestive problems are more often than not the result of the nervous system being on high alert for extended periods of time.

For instance something like:

Pain 2.0
Nerve Inflammation Help
Brain Antioxidant
Vagus Nerve
Utter Relax (which can be used as much as necessary)

Also maybe adding something like Amygdala Healing and Self Healing and Acceptance :slight_smile:

I would also prefer older audios until I know what my capacity is, because the new ones are very strong. For instance I had to work my way up to mana circuit, it was way too strong initially.

Thank you for the detailed reply. I will focus on calming the parasympathetic nervous system. Vagus Nerve is great. I have used the Utter Relax a few times, and while usually it calms me down, on one occasion I fell asleep and then I woke startled in the last minute with a rapid heart rate and feeling really warm.

The Amygdala healing I tried 2 times but that one makes me feel extremely uncomfortable. I start crying within the first minute and get a choking scary feeling. I think it is too much for my energysystem to handle. So instead I chose Trauma Release and healing followed by Become Whole, that one feels good.
