Could use some help with health stack

If you aren’t sure what your capacity is, I’d recommend starting small and adding as you are sure you can tolerate your playlist well. Because the last thing you want is overwhelming your nervous system and making things more difficult initially :heart:

If I were to do it all over again, I would start with just a few audios that help with pain and that soothe the nervous system (because stress on the latter is often what causes illness and the pain further stresses the nervous system so it’s a negative feedback loop). Audios like those may also help digestion, in my experience digestive problems are more often than not the result of the nervous system being on high alert for extended periods of time.

For instance something like:

Pain 2.0
Nerve Inflammation Help
Brain Antioxidant
Vagus Nerve
Utter Relax (which can be used as much as necessary)

Also maybe adding something like Amygdala Healing and Self Healing and Acceptance :slight_smile:

I would also prefer older audios until I know what my capacity is, because the new ones are very strong. For instance I had to work my way up to mana circuit, it was way too strong initially.
