Then people on TikTok, who lack basic scientific education, have believed and spread his “discoveries” lmao.

Yes, I’ve read Monroe’s books when I was 18.
They were very helpful.
But the techniques that got me out of body the first time where from the book “Out of Body” by William Buhlmann, which in my opinion is still the best entry book for this topic.
I’ve read this book right after the Monroe trilogy and then it took me 3 months of daily practice but was totally worth it and a completely life changing experience.
Just focus on a daily practice like e.g. before falling asleep every day and sooner or later it will work.
Persistence is key here.
I never tried the Gateway tapes as I didn’t want to learn the skill with being dependant on external tech. I also could never relax my body with headphones on my head.

I read I think about half the book by William Buhlmann years ago and really liked it, had a great vibe. I should really finish it tbh.
lol lmao this reminds me of a very embarrasing lie i made up which i was not proud of once it was known when i was like 9 years old i think.
I had started at a new school at a new city and had no made friends at all (imagine it was already early Oct) I was shy and nervous for the most part so it was hard to make friends.
the teacher asked us to divide the classroom into like 5 groups and each group would have to come up with ideas and craft things to celebrate halloween, from the decoration to finger foods etc.
of course normally in any school all students already know who they would group with except me 
and no one was like hey come join us lol
and there i was standing alone in the middle of the classroom so i SAID: “well my father has this machine that in the darkness releases ghosts like, its a kinda vaporizer or i dont know its very unique, but like the vapor comes from the machine and flies away making ghosts figures in the air” 
so which group wants this a part of so i can join? (btw teacher was not in the classroom at that very moment so she didnt hear me)
of course every group wanted me hahah i said… let me just sit with each group for a while then i decide 
i cant beging to tell you the amount of attention, gifts, invitations after school i got the following week from every group lmao
mean while i didnt know what i was going to do 
the following Monday the teacher called me aside to ask me if “that thing was real” and i was like yeah it is but i dont know how to explain it, my Dad is the one that knows lol
when i got home from school my parents were waiting on me with a serious face, my Dad was like the teacher called, to understand what is the machine you offered that i have?

blah blah you can imagine the scolding i got plus demanded to tell all at school that the machine did not exist but i thought my Dad could make it 
that was a hella awful day and a big lesson, nonetheless it worked to open the door for me to make friends
