this might have already been mentioned: What I usually recommend is to also “rewrite the story”, meaning you shift your viewpoint. Because there are a couple of statements in your original post like

This is not true. Since you are here, it implies you are enough.

or

Essence can’t be lost. It is literally who you are, like your most inner core.

Basically what thoughts you have now is merely a reflection of your current beliefs. Beliefs are very malleable once you shift your identity. One way you can do it is simply focus more on your desired feeling of confidence and freedom, and focus much less on the type of thoughts you described above.

You have to embody the change you wish to see in yourself.

Dream said you can play fields from multiple devices. About playing them together from one device, it was said “it might not work due to possible frequency mixup”. Some ppl seem to have results from 2 at the same time. But that doesn’t mean it’s gonna work 100%, especially if there are 30, 100, 1000, 1 gazilion at the same time. Conscious attention is a factor too, even if not outright meditating.

These two are some fine points.

I recommend u joining the patreon, there are lots of high-value fields offered almost for free. Try emotional mastering 2.0 - especially mindfully on releasing emotions, present and stuck ones. And consider Inner bliss Illuminator too.

Sure meditate daily with at least a few fields, like PoNR, Become whole/self-acceptance, etc.

But remember, the way things are for you may also be echoing your past lives. I highly recommending u delving deeper into it and doing karma work, your issues may be intertwined throughout multiple layers, mental, emotional, nerves (and overall physical body), energy body and soul karma.

Also, rituals for calling back and integrating soul fragments.

Fields will help you greatly, but I think, your issues are gonna need a lot of conscious work, think of specific meditations, self-work, empathetic self-talk, etc. Might take a substantial effort and time, but it’s worth it.

And never to forget intercessions: angelic, alien, maybe other, also consciously, at least from time to time.

so, i was trying to become an actor for netflix/tv/movies.

i bundled this 30 luck field and movie actors and prroducers started to spawn weekly on the street and giving me deep eye contact, like the feeling of already knowing someone.

and it is not like i live in LA where actors n producers are evreywhere

yes, I was thinking of adding a field for self-love, but there are so many that I have a rough time on which one to choose. I was thinking of using the field ‘become whole & self-acceptance’. It’s a bit old, but I hope it works for me.

I’m glad to hear that you’re no longer in that situation, because it’s awful. And yes, sometimes I think that my own ability to be aware of what’s happening to me is also working against me.

And if I may ask, how long did it take you to stop feeling that way? Honestly, I want to stop feeling worried and constantly anxious as soon as possible, but I know it’s not an overnight change. It’s just that sometimes I feel like I’m on the verge of a breakdown.

How or what things helped you calm your nervous system?

I know this isnt the ultimate single answer, but it can definately help.
When u get episodes of anxiety
do some vigorous exercise for at least 15 min.
This can be done indoors or outside, although highly recommend outside.
This is very much overlooked on this forum, although mentioned above by Byjrodriguez.
This also helps for episodes of depression and anger.

(automated grounding) is normally added at the end to “integrate” fields and release excess of energy), but in severe anxiety cases its best at first because it helps you ground you and stay calm from all the fears anticipating healing can cause, and the doubts about overcoming them, so it helps you feel safe to begin your journey

to dismantle the wrong ID that its built

Subconscious Limit Removal v3 x 2 (Odysee)
to help you break the stablished blockages re your image and to be a shield for the new ones that will arise as attemps to self sabotage after listening to Ego Dissolution which will try to control the narrative to keep you or reel you back down to the state you are accustomed to, about yourself

Outlook Retrainer x 1 (Sap Med youtube)
to help you see a bigger picture, new perspectives, the idea that is possible to build a new life, a new world
(do just 1 loop the first week then 2, so you dont pressure yourself to change your mentality fast, that can get scary once the energy of the field wears out -which will take a little over 2 weeks to really integrate the new pathways)

mainly because there’s no ontology for spiritual matters. Western rationalism haven’t develop yet a coherent paradigm for spiritual matters at all.

or even energy. energy in quantum physics is understood as a numeric constant: 4., 25; 90; 1415.

not a physical reality. it’s just a theoretical construct that’s only helpful to understand and try to solve other equations.

so, there’s only intuition for this kind of things because reason won’t take you far.

Just one question: as I understand it, I should listen to ‘Automated Grounding’ through ‘Outlook Retrainer’ for the first two weeks, and only then start with ‘PTSD’, ‘Amygdala’ and the other fields. Is that correct?

Hey friend, I am at the same boat as you, I am insecure and never had a girlfriend or intimate relationship with someone, life sucks in general and I spent all my faith and trust in these morphic fields but truth is their is no point anymore, I would exercise as it kind of helps to cope

I have the exact symptoms as you and I don’t think morphic fields can help, I would consider a good therapist, just my opinion.

I’m sorry to hear that. I know it’s not easy to feel this way, but remember this: it’s your own mind sabotaging you. Most of the problems you’re worried about aren’t actually that serious, or aren’t even happening in the moment. Just knowing it’s your mind and that you have control over it (even if it’s hard sometimes) is powerful.

Personally, the audios I’ve used for other things have worked for me, so I know they’re effective.

Which ones have you tried? Have you been consistent with them? Alice shared a very detailed playlist, you should give it a try and see how it goes.

I spent thousand of dollars on the fields and have tried everything , truth is I was traumatized as a child and this shit is stuck with me for life and I have to accept it. All the symptoms you described on the main post I have.

its a whole playlist, every day for around 3 months or more if you feel it can help more (but i think at that mark you could work deeper or different layers, we can talk again then)

what i said is that for the first week of listening (the whole playlist) play only x 1 the outlook retrainer, by the second week play x 2.

same PTSD just x 1 the first two or 3 weeks depending how you feel. how you feel = if not too triggered or feeling a lot is coming to the surface ie: feeling irritated, too emotional, combative, depressed etc if you feel that from the first week lower it to every other day meaning PTSD once every other day but same whole playlist. ( if you are ok or what surfaces its manageable or you feel it transmuting easy with the other fields) then by week 3 you can try x 2 loops. but never at any point more than that, eventually you can lower back to 1 loop every other day but still listen to it the whole 3 months.

final note: consistency is key as you mentioned. dont stop just like you wouldnt stop a medical treatment because you are feeling better. childhood traumas are deep rooted, cells hold memories, every single organ absorbs truamas and memories, its not just the brain or the thymus. its a mechanism that may stop but itd need just a bit of oil for the gears to move again and reel you into the ID that you want to erradicate and change.
