Dealing with heavy anxiety and insecureness

Lately I’ve been having really fluctuating mood swings, and it’s because very small or specific things can completely change how I feel. To give you some context, even simple and insignificant stuff like being left on “seen” on social media by friends or family can affect me, or if they don’t reply right away. I overanalyze even text interactions — how I should respond, what I should say, how to phrase it…

Sometimes when I’m talking to classmates and they ask me something, my mind just goes blank and I don’t know what to say. And it’s not great because there’s this guy in my university class who’s super extroverted and easygoing, and I compare myself to him a lot. It’s like I wish I could be like that or have that natural ability to connect with people. But at the same time, I feel intimidated by his extroversion — even though I used to be extroverted too. This has been happening to me for a while now. Personalities like that tend to intimidate me, I guess?

I’m not trying to complain, but honestly it’s exhausting. It’s hard to feel at peace when almost anything that doesn’t go the way I expect makes my body react like it’s a threat. Or when there’s that internal battle between just saying screw it to all these inhibitions and fully being myself.

Anyway, after looking more into the forum, I added a few more audios to the playlist you gave me and also made a different one more focused on ADHD and its symptoms. I’d love to know what you think about it — or if you think it might be too many audios?

of course at the end its best to follow your intuition and guidance of your body, mind, heart etc, because in the end no matter how detailed you share your story, only you know it fully not us, so our suggestions are just like lighting the initial path for you, then you’ll know where to go or how to walk your walk.

but my only advice is to surrender to the process, dont look what you dont have or what others have that you wish you had. rest assure everybody’s path has difficulties and struggles… not all you see and hear is rainbows and butterflies. just focus on your path. this is exactly what i told you this the other day:

so, never ever feel less than anyone, never reject the struggle you grew up with because is that same struggle the one that has made you soooo damn strong, you would lead many to keep on the right path and push themselves and WIN. because you will.

here’s what ima recommend.

Work in phases, Calm yourself down, address root issues, expand upon that.

Each Phase is 2 weeks Long:

Phase 1: Calm the System First

Your amygdala is overactive (anxiety/fear response). Trying identity work while your nervous system is in fight-or-flight

Each Phase is 2 weeks Long:

Phase 2: Rewrite the Blueprint
Now that your system is calm, we address the ROOT childhood comparisons that programmed “I’m not enough.”

Each Phase is 2 weeks Long:

Phase 3: Build from New Foundation
After clearing and rewriting, you BUILD the foundation of your authentic self on a rock not sand.

Drop any other fields you got going on right now and focus on this approach, go through this right for yourself.

Give this a try for 2 weeks, and really think while cord cutter is running.

you can run the playlist once wait 2 hours than run again repeat (if you want) but don’t run consistently for the entire day. Allow your subconscious to process with no energry input.

An you know that’s the hard part, I know it’s a process—I’m aware of that, but there are days when I just don’t want to feel this way anymore. I wish this phase would just end already, BUT I understand it’ll take time, and for now, all I can do is learn from it.

I never thought I’d have to go through something like this, like feeling sooo shit, lost, and just bad about myself, like NEVER… but I know I’ll get through it with faith and God.

And thank you a lot Alice, for your words of encouragement; sometimes, that alone helps a lot and is the little push we need

Thanks, Zen. Just one question: I think the ‘The Smart Cord Cutter’ is no longer available. Do you know where I can find it? I see it’s actually quite important for the process.

Or would the ‘Etheric Cord Cutter’ field be enough? I assume the concept is the same, or would something change?

Also, what are your thoughts on fields that address directly anxiety like ‘Vagus Nerve Stimulation’, ‘Dopamine fields’, ‘Enhanced Brain Hemisphere Connectivity’ would they interfere?

it would be enough, the smart cutter was more focused but both would do the job. Don’t allow the small details deter you from moving forward for yourself.

Overthinking is a symptom, not the root cause — work on the nervous system and the thinking naturally quiets

This pattern didn’t form in a day. It won’t dissolve in a day.

They won’t interfere, but they’re addressing symptoms…

but if you want you can add Vagus Nerve Stimulation in phase 2.

I would avoid Dopamine fields, not that it’s bad but you want to ensure you don’t try targeting surface issues and rather rid yourself of this pattern that no longer serves you.

Enhanced Brain Hemisphere Connectivity: Doesn’t interfere but also doesn’t target root causes directly.

There were a few fields I wanted to use, but they’re not available anymore, sadly… :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

That said, I’m aware my nervous system is pretty fucked up right now. Like you mentioned, it’s probably the result of stuff I picked up a while ago, so it makes sense that it’ll take time to undo it from the root, not just manage the symptoms. Although yeah, I still want to keep those under control in the meantime.

And well, about dopamine. Don’t you think that increasing dopamine and maybe even improving receptor sensitivity could help regulate my brain, and as a result, my thoughts? Like maybe improve my mood and gradually help me start acting differently?

I don’t know, maybe I’m looking at it from a very physiological angle and not so much a holistic one, so I’d really like to hear your take on that even though you already briefly explained me

Also, where would you place ‘ego dissolution’ in all of this? I feel like, like Alice said, that audio could really help shifting the way I see myself and get rid of beliefs held by the ego.

For me, it makes me think in a straight line and I just drop the overthinking, doubts, etc. I’m suddenly in a state of clarity and purpose. Once in that state of mental clarity, I suppose working through issues would be easier.
